Paramount Siding & Windows

With only having limited knowledge and this being my first experience with siding I wanted someone that could provide me with information to make the best decision. I met with Brandon O'Leary, Company owner and John his Operations Manager. We went through all the specifics of each of the products their offer and the benefits of each. I was extremely impressed with the time that they spend with me to help me make the right decision for my 36 year old home. On day one Joe and Rick showed up as scheduled and stated the demo. Once the demo was completed and we had checked the house for any areas that need repair. They put a plan in place and competed the repair prior to starting any Hardie installation. The installation began and I know after the first day that I had the right guys for the job based on the way they looked at every little detail. They were some challenging points but they took their time and made sure that the worked was completed with the right appearance. They asked me questions on how I wanted things to look and provided recommendations based on their years of experience. They took the time every day to clean up my property before leaving for the day. The job took several days to complete and I was in contact with Brandon and Karen on several occasions for status of the job. Brandon worked with me to pick custom colors for the home and arranged to have the home painted once the installation was complete. Karen in the office provided me with all the information that I needed to understand progress while setting expectations. She continued to follow-up after the job was completed to may sure that I was extremely satisfied with the work that Paramount had completed. I would say that this is one of the best experiences that I have had with a home repair project with the several homes that I have owned over the past 40 years. The home looks great and I know that the product will last for many years. It's a great feeling knowing that your investment is well protect with a quality product and the expect work completed by Paramount Siding and Windows. incredible!!! The most professional, courteous, every detail addressed, service i have had with any company in years!! Honest, most sincere people I have every worked with, no one ever tried to sell me anything i didn't need. All details were explained to me thoroughly and to my understanding, and throughout the whole job someone from the company was always in touch with me to keep me updated on how the progress was going and when they would be there. A beautiful, professional job and personal experience! I will recommend them to anyone and everyone I know!! Pricing was better than any other bids i got too!!

Overall I am very pleased on how the project went and I plan to use there services again. This was a great business experience with a high level of professionalism.

There were two crews who came out to my home: The first crew installed my 'Paramount' windows, they were courteous and professional, AND they did not leave a mess. They also replaced a window at my parents house that same day. The second crew replaced all of my siding with 'John Hardy Siding'. Again this crew was highly professional, courteous and did not leave a mess. They worked on my house like it was their own house. They did not "cut corners" they made sure everything was done to perfection. Again, I highly recommend Paramount Siding and Windows for your housing and/or business needs.

I am really happy how easy the window is to open and i feel really safe and secure now that i am able to lock the window. The window seems to be much bigger now that i have a slider window as well. Now that winter is around the corner I am looking forward to using the room since I can stay warm.

We were impressed with Brandon, his crew, and office staff at Paramount Siding and Windows! The transformation of our 1977 home was incredible! We hired Brandon because of his company's favorable reviews on Angie's List. He did not disappoint. From our initial meeting with him until the end of our remodel project, Brandon was always professional, knowledgeable, informative, and patient. He was dedicated to making certain we were satisfied with every task that his crew performed. We are extremely pleased with the quality and look of our new siding, windows, and doors, and the craftsmanship that went into the installation of them. Paramount sent two installers to remove to small windows and replace them with two large windows! They arrived as promised and on schedule. This was a several day project as new framing and structural work had to be done. Each day the installers worked and cleaned up the area as they went along. These windows are in our main living space and Paramount installers were very professional. Our windows are beautiful inside and out and we have not one complaint for Paramount. We have recommended them to our friends who had an installation of 22 new windows and they also were very pleased. I would highly recommend this company for future work!!!

First of all: #1 - the estimate was done by the owner Brandon, himself. He seemed very knowledgeable (and over time we learned he was indeed very knowledgeable) and very easy to contact by phone or through his office. #2 - The material arrived way before the job started so there would be no delays once the crew was here. #3 - The siding crew - Jason, Joe and Rich are company employees and work as if they have a vested interest in doing a great job. They were respectful and neat. Once the job was completed any concerns were answered immediately. For example the painters forgot to re-attach an electric fixture, I called Brandon and the fixture was reattached within 24 hours. The siding crew would phone us if they were delayed. Actually, we really didn't need to be home for them to do their work, they only needed access to the garage. #4- We did a final walk around with Brandon before final payment and all of our concerns were met - he even took steps to address an area on the frame of the garage that could have been sanded before painting. We were very pleased with the work and will definitely use this company in the future.

We needed to replace a giant, vinyl sliding patio door which no longer worked. Instead of just replacing it with another patio door, Brandon worked with us to design french doors with a decorated glass transom above. We also made the area smaller which allowed for the addition of a small window ledge. Overall, the result is gorgeous and so much nicer than what we had before!! We are so happy we used paramount and would definitely recommend them again. Brandon was extremely customer service oriented and worked around our schedule.

We had 3 windows installed on our rental property. We purchased a Angie's List coupon for $1000, for $2000 worth of windows. Initially it seemed fine. When I met with Brandon (owner) at the end of April, I was told the windows would be installed sometime in June. We scheduled the final measure on May 7th and received the estimate on May 9th. Then I waited. The pre-measure wasn?t done until May 20th. The windows weren?t ordered until June 6th. I was then informed there was an issue with the manufacturer and Karen (assistant) was unsure when the windows would arrive. Often Karen would say she would keep me informed or call me on a certain day and I wouldn?t hear from her. I believe the window delivery and installment was finally scheduled for July 9th, only to have one of the windows ?missing? from the delivery. Initially I was told it was the bedroom window, when in fact it was the kitchen window. The installers broke the old living room window when removing it and didn't clean up the broken glass. I believe the kitchen window was finally installed July 16th or 17th. Again, shattered glass was left on the kitchen floor. My daughter cut her toe on the broken glass. Furthermore, the siding around the kitchen window was left exposed and looks terrible. On the quote it said they would replace the trim and leave it unpainted. They neither caulked or installed trim, leaving 1/2 inch gaps at the top of the window. Karen called me on July 24th or 25th. She asked how we liked our windows. I mentioned the gaps around the kitchen window. She asked if I could meet with the operations manager on July 28th. I said we would be out of town through August 9th. Karen said she would call the week of August 11th to schedule a time. I never heard from her. I didn?t receive a call until Brandon called me on September 4th. We scheduled an appointment for September 8th so he could look at the kitchen window. It takes me 20 minutes to drive to the rental home. I received a voice-mail 5 minutes to the scheduled appointment saying "Brandon was tied up in Denver" and would not make the appointment. I was already a block away from the property. I sent Paramount an email listing my complaints. I received a call immediately from Brandon. He only acknowledged the missed appointment, saying he "got tied up and didn't have his phone on him". He seemed more concerned about whether we were going to pay the remaining $200 balance we owed and his Angie's List Rating. He complained he made no money on the job because of the Angie's List coupon. I was speechless. I regret not complaining earlier, particularly about the broken glass, but I quite frankly wasn't interested in dragging out the experience any longer. I decided against asking them to trim and caulk the kitchen window. I asked for a billing statement, so we can pay the $200 owed. I simply wanted to be done with Paramount.

We have a double-pane window that was broken. I called Paramount and spoke with Katherine who told me they would only come out if I had a minimum of three windows that needed replacing. I balked a little at this and she immediately asked Brandon, the owner, about this policy and Brandon said he would definitely come out. Brandon did come, thankfully, and would have been happy to replace the window for us, but was unbelievably honest and forthright in explaining that we didn't need a full replacement. All we really needed to do was call a glass company and the window could be repaired for a third of the cost of replacement! My husband and I were so impressed with Brandon and the time he spent with us educating us in our options. He knew by doing this that he was not going to be getting any immediate business, yet he came all the way out to our house and spent his valuable time doing the most important business development there is.....creating trust and excellent customer service. If and when we do require window replacement, you can bet that we will go to Paramount! Hopefully others will do the same, as Brandon exemplifies what all of us want when we patronize a business. He saved us money and we highly recommend Paramount Siding and Windows!

After signing, installation was done within 3 weeks as planned. Jon called when he was late not due to his fault. So far installation looks very good. Cleaned up everything too.

Brandon came out and quoted. Then re-measured to ensure proper fit. Mark and his helper came to install the windows about four weeks later. They did a superb job. Very conscientious.

Replaced all vinyl siding and trim, some fascia, several windows and a door. The team was extremely professional and mostly attentive to details. There were a few minor issues, some of which were raised and corrected within a few weeks time with some follow-up necessary. Overall, the quality of the work and products delivered was high, price was significantly better than any other contractor estimate we received and Paramount considered our satisfaction important. We do expect to use them again for several upgrades we need to do in the future.

I had a fairly complex job for Paramount installing two insulated steel exterior doors at both my house and a rental property that I own. I had purchased a big deal through angieslist for a discount coupon and when I met with Brandon to take measurements he was open to allowing me to use a coupon for each property I was having work performed on which saved me a decent amount of money. It took a little while to get the work performed after signing a contract, but I was satisfied with the installation of the doors once it was performed and was happy with Paramount coming back out after the installation to replace damaged casing around the doors at both houses. Overall, the work performed was performed well and I would use them again.

The contractor was there when scheduled (two weeks later than originally scheduled at no fault of the company due to heavy rains in this area. The company kept in contact and kept me informed about this weather delay). The installer was receptive to requests and questions and very professional. The tear off and installation when off without an issue. The job was completed to my expectations and the house looks wonderful.

This is a contractor that we were very satisfied with. We thought the price was very fair and their subcontractors were professional and got the job done. We were satisfied with the end result.

Jon installed new siding to my home. The work looks very professional and it was a pleasure to work with him and the entire Paramount staff!

Results are very good, including the fact that I had a portion of my chimney needing rebuilding before siding was added. Once they got on site, the speed was very fast (about a week). The only complaints are that they did not provide an advance estimate of how long it would be before work would start, and I was not informed (without asking) that my shutters would be delayed a week. Also, they do not provide a written copy of the guarantee of the product. However, they completed the work 5 weeks after I signed the contract, and this was at the start of the "spring rush".

We had an initial visit from a salesman. This visit was great, the salesman was helpful and pleasant. As with most window companies they sell multiple manufactures but only presented one to us. After his presentation we asked him to look at different manufactures to see if he can get the price to drop a little. He said he would explore some other options and call us back in a few days (a number of other companies we got offers from did just this). ****This is where the F rating comes in***** He never called us back. I guess we were not worth the time. Whats worse is the gentlemen who actually came to our house claimed to be partial owner of the company. A couple weeks later we got a call from their company asking how it went and what our thoughts were. I told him what happened...or what has not happened and he swore he would have the initial salesmen call me back. This was weeks ago now and I am still waiting for that call. This is why this company gets an F rating. The whole point of selling a wide range of window options is to accommodate customers of all price ranges. Even if they didn't want to deal with me any longer (I was not being a pain in the butt to begin with) they could have just called me and said they explored all options and didn't have anything that would work by getting the price lower. A simple phone call letting me know the intial price was all they could do would have got them an A rating but they didn't even have time for that. I do NOT recommend this company. Go to Wholesale Home Improvements and talk to Larry. Larry will treat you right.

The installation crew was neat and courteous.The staff was pleasant to work with from beginning to end and I would no doubt use paramount again.

Paramount Siding & Windows showed up on time and they did excellent work. They were knowledgeable, neat and cleaned up everyday. I had other estimates from other companies but I chose them because of their knowledge and for the quality they possess. Their price was competitive. I would highly recommend them to anybody.
