Description of Work: The owner Pat Mizzoni came over to my house to quote my floors. My experience after getting the quote was one of the worst interactions I have had with a business owner. He left his small sample book with me that shows the colors of stain. I inadvertently placed it under a stack of booklets and forgot about it. He left several extremely unprofessional voicemails to me and even threatened to show up at my house and this was after I returned it to his business. I find it shocking that someone that owns a flooring business has only one small wood stain sample guide. I would not recommend doing business with him. That is $2000 he won't receive.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for hardwood flooring refinishing. The crew who subcontracted through Miracle Flooring did a great job. I was satisfied with their work. However, Pat, the owner, provided me with the estimate and was off on the re-finishing material, whether it be water or oil-based. It’s a different price between the two, and the technician told me that Pat wasn’t the expert on the evaluation. Subsequently, in order to get what I wanted, I ended up paying about $1000 more. Pat was responsive, very friendly, and did an appropriate measurement of the home for the estimate, but I was disappointed when I found out that the incorrect refinishing product was quoted.
