Overall it went very smoothly. The dust from the sanding was kept to an absolute minimum, and our last minute changes were accommodated.

Didn't go very well as I paid $149 for an estimate when I could have gotten one free.

They provided me with an estimate. After they left, I measured myself to double-check and found that their estimate was too high: the square footage was less than what they had measured. They did agree that the estimate was too high, and readjusted the measurements. They completed the work, and it was good overall, but there were a few areas around the edges that could’ve been done a little better. However, I would work with them again in the future!

The deal was refunded. I have laminate flooring, so he was unable to complete the job through the Big Deal. He always answered the phone, which is rare and was always available. He always answers any questions that I have. I will have him come back in a couple of weeks to have the flooring done in a different way. He’s still willing to help me out and it’s been a great experience working with him thus far overall.

Everything went well overall. They did a good job!

The service was really good overall. They were very responsive to my requests. I liked them and I?ll use them again.

Overall went well. At first a bit of an issue when they tried to charge us more for high gloss finish, but when we showed them the Angie's List offer, the agreeed that there was no upcharge and honored the price.

They did a wonderful job on some parquet flooring. They were very professional and worked in a timely fashion. They were very knowledgeable in services.

Could not reach company by listed phone number (left multiple messages over a 2 month period) and no response via email. Work was never done,could not reach to hire with fee for service; no response at all.

Extremely nice and cooperative, does what ever it takes to complete the job and correct any problems. If ever need to replace carpet, I would call them first.

He worked with me. All the work was very well done and it was a great price as well. He is very professional. The owner was actually in the house doing a lot of the work and made sure it was all done to my specifications.

The guy is passionate about his own business and his customer service is 5-star endorsement.

The work was completed over a 2 day period. The workmen were very professional and polite.

The installer was very promt. He had to tear out carpeting. (Who puts carpeting in a kitchen?) The two installers moved all the appliances,and sanded the floor. It only took 3 hours to finish. I was elated. But a month later we noticed the vinyl was cracking. We called, and he was here in 20 minutes. He set appointment to repair it. I went from elated to devastated. I will certainly keep an eye out when I can afford to replace the carpeting.

They did not charge me for the estimate. I was positively impressed by the estimate. He came out and did the estimate quickly. He was a very pleasant guy.

They were responsive. I might use them again.

patrick mazzoni came out for an estimate right away. his measurements were higher than mine but came lower when he measured a second time around, (still higher than mine so i owed him additional). Today, a guy named Edward (who was sent by someone named Alex), who spoke limited English came to do drywall instead of flooring?! I was told Shaun would be coming to do the work when i scheduled with patrick on 11-21-11, at which time i was the only one scheduled for today, 12-5-11. i called Patrick & he said "that" crew was up north doing a job for a week and that he had 20 plus jobs scheduled today?! he was defensive, uncompassionate, and somewhat rude. (i was the first one scheduled and i believe b/c my job wasnt huge he gave the other job priority ($) and put a single parent in a bind when he had scheduled me first.) I spent many hours moving all the stuff out of my fridge and kitchen and moving the fridge (extra $40 for his guy to do), into the living room late sunday eve. and then alot of time and effort moving all the stuff back again by myself. too bad he doesnt have to pay me for my time then he might provide better customer service instead of jerking me around for the big bucks. i called him right away to let him know that no floor guy showed up-alex didnt have the tools nor expertise and was there to do drywall? patrick called his 8 people on his "list", and they either were busy or didnt answer, he didnt offer any resolution or time frame when he would get it done or discount nor compensation for the scheduling issue he created. by this time it was after 11 a.m. and he said he would call some people he has never used before and screen them over the phone?! and no guarantee he would be able to get hold of anyone. as a single woman i dont want "anybody" he has never used before in my home if he were to even find anyone and i have 2 kids to feed in a nonfunctional kitchen with the food in the garage! he had called me friday 12-2 to confirm that my job was still on for 9 a.m. on monday morning and i asked him is it 8 like we scheduled or 9? 9 a.m. they will be there.--he should have just been honest with me then & told me a new guy was coming, he was overbooked now or better yet he should have scheduled the guy himself to avoid miscommunication instead of "alex" calling a drywall guy who came to do drywall--major miscommunication there?/language barrier?? . . Now I'm stuck with my kitchen a mess, its after 11 a.m. (for a job originally scheduled at 8 a.m. two weeks ago) and nobody to complete the work. i wouldnt wish this nightmare on my worst enemy! what a waste of my valuable time and energy and such crappy customer service. put yourself in the customers shoes--how rude/inconsiderate to send the crew to another job and leave me hanging!

I had a very good experience with Miracle Carpets and Flooring. Pat performed all of the scheduling, consultation and installation. He was flexible with his scheduling in order to fit my project into his schedule as soon as possible. The rate that he quoted based upon the type of floor and the size of the room was honored. I do not exaggerate when I write that Pat is a person of tireless energy- not a second of time was wasted. He is a bit of one-man show, and he clearly gets a lot done each day. The quality of the installation was very good, the floor looks great. As my project was actually a reinstallation due to product warranty, I am able to compare Pat's work to previous installer's work. Vinyl plank floors have many seams, and it is important that the planks have consistent, even placement. Pat's work is far superior to our first installation in terms of the consistency of the installation. While we had initially agreed that Pat would reinstall our baseboard, the materials were not quite ready for reinstallation. I did not try to renegotiate Pat's rate, nor did he offer to do- which was fine with me, as the reinstallation was a bit of a throw-in during our scheduling conversation. I strongly recommend Miracle Carpets and Flooring, Inc.

Very pleased. Responded promptly to my inquiry and gave accurate estimate and worked with my timeline as we were putting the house on the market. They arrived on time and worked quickly and professionally. Did a great job and kept the rest of the house neat. I plan to use again.

We already had carpet but needed it installed. They did our entire basement in about 3 hours and they took out the old and hauled it away. Patrick Sr. and Patrick Jr. were a delight to work with. Even when my dog jumped the baby gate and bolted out the door they ran to go close doors and gates so he wouldn't get out. I would definitely recommend using them again. I only wish I had more carpet so they'd come back!

They did it really quickly. They didn't seem as professional, but he was early and prompt when he gave me the quote.

It was just before the holidays when we decided to get our floors done before family came over. We were referred to Miracle Carpets by a friend of my wife. We called for an estimate and received one the very next day. We were unsure whether the price they gave us was good, so we had a few other companies come out and give us a quote. Amazingly enough Miracle Carpets was the lowest price by almost $800.00. So my wife and I were a little skeptical as to whether the work was going to be good quality for that price. Our worries were set aside when we looked at the job they did at our friends house, and the fact that they did not want us to put a penny down for a deposit. We did not pay them until everything was complete and we were happy with the results. They were able to work with our schedule and get the work done on our time frame. The work was done fast, efficient and very beautifully. We were so happy with how painless the entire process was. My wife and I recommend Miracle Carpets to anyone looking to have flooring done.
