Installed new tub and new tile around tub. After he was finished, tub faucet blew off the wall and water drained into basement. Three weeks later, water leaking from tub drain into basement again. Hired a plumber because Guy was not available for 24 hours to look at it. Only bathroom and tub/shower in house, so renters were again inconvenienced. Plumber said tub and drain were not properly aligned and drain seal was improperly installed. Plumber fixed problem. Would not hire again. Not sure about your service to paid subscribers. Not the first time I have been disappointed with Angie contractors. Should also have paid Guy through Angie.

Thank you for your review [Member Name Removed]..So this particular customer I Replaced her bath tub and about 2' up the wall of tiles so we could remove the bathtub and replace it with a new one. The title that we had agreed on was not the tile that she brought in so I had to do quite a bit of extra work it was a River rock so I had to put in manually tiny pieces at a time which I always go above and beyond with my clients I will always go the extra mile so I was OK with that. And I never upcharged her any extra. We had an issue. with the tub spout , the set screw (allen screw) broke so the tub spout fell off. These things can happen , and fell. off in the tub and water. only stayed in the tub. She. called me that. evening and I was. there. at 8 am the next day to care of. the issue. I wanted to. get. in the house to check things over after that and was not getting. a response to get back in. the house to inspect. thinngs further. [Member Name Removed] is. the. owner and she Rents to Another person. That particular renter made it difficult to be able to get back into the house Is as even [Member Name Removed] had difficulties communicating with her as well To allow entry. So [Member Name Removed] contacts me a few weeks later saying there'[Member Information Removed] a little bit of a leak and would like me to come take a look at it and I tried to schedule it with her almost immediately because it is water and and the lady she rents from was making it very difficult for us to be able to do that. I was able to get in there The following morning and she had just decided to get a plumber on her own without allowing me a chance to see what the issue is and rectify it. I kept in constant communication with [Member Name Removed] Throughout the entire process. She said the plumber Said I installed it incorrectly and use plumber'[Member Information Removed] putty for the drain and said you should use silicone when plumber'[Member Information Removed] putty is Fully accepted and widely used for a. drain. I really like [Member Name Removed] Her tenant just made it very difficult to fix any issue if there. was. any. I am always in constant contact with my clients any time I accept money from them from start to finish and I do not shy away from any issue. Thank you For your side of the issue and I appreciate your 3 stars you're 3 stars you could have given me far worse because you are upset but thank you very much.

Guy is top notch. He is friendly and professional and he does quality work. We have had Guy work on two remodel projects in our home. He installed kitchen tile backsplash and installed new lights. More recently he replaced bathroom and mud room flooring with vinyl plank. Everything is gorgeous. We will use Guy again.

I would highly recommend Guys Remodel. He was very reliable and answered my questions and calls in a timely manner. His tile work and how it looks is some of the best I have ever seen. Very well done. He is efficient and leaves area clean when he is done for the evening. I would hire him again.
