Mike did a fantastic job of repairing my basement. He was very professional and very careful. Because of flooding, I had removed wainscoting and about 6 inches of drywall. This all had to be rebuilt. I also needed to have floating interior walls done. Mike had good advise about how to prevent future cracking between the walls and ceiling. He made sure that the finish work done by the dry wallers looked good and even called them back to redo a few spots. His price was extremely fair. I would not hesitate to use him again and to refer him to my friends.

Hardwood Flooring went very well and he did a great job, reinstalled baseboards and added quarter-round for trim, forgot to install one section of quarter-round, reminded him quite a few times, still is not done. Installed a wall with french doors, everything went well and he did an excellent job on it. Texture and painting looks great. No we get down to the kitchen installation. He installed upper cabinets to low, had him redo it and they were to high. Finally got them in the right position. We also lowered the bottom cabinets as they were to high and the kick boards woulld not fit. Do no fault him on that error it is mutual. After installing cabinets, I noticed that filler boards were not installed in correct postions we had to change that. Some mistakes on filler boards would not be changed as the granite had been ordered so therefore the island and the decortative stove area are not properly lined up, but we will live with it as it is only 3 inches off. Wiring was done and he did a good job on that. He knew comming into the kitchen installation that there was quite abit of trim to be done. He simply asked for money on Friday we paid him alittle more, he took his tool and without any explanation or talking to us about underbidding the job, he left and never returned. We had to complete the wiring ourselves, install kickerboard, install outlets, align all cabinets and install shelves, install glass front on cabinets, and hire out to do the trim work on the project. We told him constantly that we would take care of him on the trim as it was going to take longer than he thought. He was also to install new lighting, whirly birds on the roof, Asked him for a bid on these items approximately 6 times, never received a bid and he ignored the job. He left 4 weeks ago, never heard another word from him. We have no idea why he decided to quit us on this job. We definately woulld have used him in the future for work up until the point he left us in the middle of a kitchen install. OVERALL, not reliable to complete a job. Ignores other jobs you want to get a bid on. Teres some grumbling going on about this that and the other while working and this is going to take more time and money.

I was pleased with the results, and everything was stress free.

I was going to use a Home Depot installer, and they said they could do it all for less. When they came over to show us what they had in mind, I was sold on their thoughtful advice and overall expertise. The outcome is better than I ever imagined it would be. We don't want to put our furniture back in the room.

McMahon contruction was one of 5 roofing companies I had come out to bid on roof after damage from windstorm. I have been Having them do all of my other maintenance and repair to my home ever since.

They are friendly and do a good job. He does everything from carpentry to plumbing and even roofing. Their prices are excellent. They are very responsive, punctual and professional. I spent $7000 on that work.
