Description of Work: Replaced two washer faucets and one of the pipes. Also replaced the pipe and faucet on the outside of the house and repaired a leaking tub faucet.

Description of Work: Fixed main water shutoff gate valve for home and installed two ball valves downstream so that either all water could be cut off or the water for only the house cut off while leaving the water to the lawn sprinkler system on.

Description of Work: Jim did the camera up my sewer line and located a screen that had been at the mouth of the pipe but had become dislodged and traveled up the pipe and then clogged it. He also examined my pipe via camera. He also concurred with the recommendation of another company that I replace the line. However, he referrred me to a company that did an excellent job for $2600 less.

Description of Work: Jim McKee from Master Drains & Plumbing saved me from a $10,000 repair on a sewer pipe running under my small building. I had been told by another company who did a camera scope that the pipe was in a state of extreme deterioration and had to be jack hammered up and 30 feet replaced for a cost of $10,000. Jim came out and did a camera scope on the pipe. He has had 20 years of experience doing plumbing and drains. He said that the pipe was quite flat and since it was iron, was flaking rust. He said that the pipe was OK. I t just needed a powerful cleaning with a commercial grade machine rather than the less powerful residential version. Because the unit was empty that the pipe ran under , the end unit had less water to carry the sewage through and it caught more easily on the debris. Jim's truck was immaculate and carefully organized. He, himself presented in the same way and at the end of his pipe cleaning which he rechecked with a camera, I felt that my pipe was in the same condition. I told the tenant having the toilet problem to flush 2x to add some additional water until I get the vacant unit rented (which will add a lot more water to help the pipe flow better.

Description of Work: Ground down concrete around old toilet flange to make it flush. Chip out concrete around 4"castiron pipe and install quickset flange.

Description of Work: Jim was great! They fixed our main line drain, which was backing up, and checked the others in the house so we wouldn't have any surprises later. The service was fast, efficient, and matched their quote. I really appreciated their willingness to work with my crazy work schedule (and with my overly friendly dogs). I would highly recommend them to anyone having issues with their drains or sewer.
