carpet cleaners, upholstery cleaning
+ 0 moreThis last time we had a family room that some of our sons had been living in, spilling candle wax, food, drinks - a real mess. Gene cleaned the carpet plus a chair and couch - all of which had stains. We had tried getting the stains out using Unbelievable and our little steam carpet cleaner but it seemed impossible. Now it looks like new! About 95% of the stains are gone. It took him about two hours to do the job and the results are just amazing. Like they always are - we've never had a problem or a disappoint with their service.
Description of Work: Gene from Mac's has cleaned our carpets for years. We have two dogs that shed and track in dirt, etc. We have never had a mark or stain that has remained after Gene attacks it. We have our carpets cleaned at least twice a year, sometimes more depending on the snow and gunk getting tracked in. Gene does an EXCELLENT job. We have a steam carpet cleaner machine for emergencies, often times there's stains and spots that just will not come out. We call Gene - problem solved.
