Worst company and owner I have ever dealt with! Work was done in December. Completely changed my sidewalk to a concrete ramp instead of adding a step. Ruined my rock wall and sprinkler system. Left the hose on all night which created a leak in the lower foundation of my house. Got the 1st crack in the driveway in February and 3 more in March. Owner was hot tempered when approached with any problem. HORRIBLE company....

We have been living with a sunken patio and a walkway that slopes the wrong way for years and we finally decided to do something about it. After a lengthy Google, Yelp, BBB and other site searches we solicited bids from four concrete contractors. We selected Legacy. From the initial estimate through final inspection, The owner, Robert, and the crew were fantastic. Our situation was a difficult one, and no other contractor could develop and execute a creative solution that addressed all of our many issues. Jacob and the work crew were great to work with, kept us informed throughout, and really produced a wonderful result. Legacy was not the lowest bid, but was by far the best design to do the job. We can’t recommend this family business highly enough.

Project started out well with great communication to set up initial appointment for quote. The overall job turned out well; but once they won the business, the project was mismanaged and communication was poor. There was an overall lack of supervision on the project. It was scheduled for late November. At the time of scheduling, I asked if job would be negatively affected by snow and cold weather and if I should wait to schedule until Spring the following year. I was assured that winter weather would not cause a problem. Luckily, the concrete was poured prior to several snow storms, but the concrete was not sealed until Spring the following year. The project entailed replacing all sidewalks, a driveway and building a raised patio. The patio measurements were incorrect twice. The second incorrect measurement led to my underground sprinkler line being cut. My sprinkler line was also cut in a second location in spite my pointing out where the underground sprinkler lines crossed under the concrete. Hoses were dragged through my garden with no regard for above ground misters. Several were snapped off. The repair bill when sprinkler system was turned back on in Spring was high, and Legacy agreed to reimburse me for some of the damages. They never followed through in spite of my calling in to check on reimbursement.

The whole procedure went great. Robert was always available and answered questions and concerns quickly. Communication was awesome and would recommend Legacy to anyone!

We love the driveway and enjoy the front porch extensions very much. The old driveway at 3" to 4" thick was removed totally and did not have any rebar in it at all. The new Legacy driveway has a lot of rebar, and is 5" or more thick all over. Thank you very much Legacy for the great quality job.

Final product came out very well. There was one problem when first started pouring concrete but they resolved it.

Legacy concrete and their crew did a great job. The only problem was a mistake on the bid that was found just before the job started. Robert worked very hard to work out a solution satisfactory to both parties and the job was finished on time. We are very happy with the results.

Outstanding service and quality from planning through completion! Robert helped me assess which areas needed to be replaced. Then, unlike other contractors I had talked to, Legacy provided a detailed estimate that gave me confidence in their expertise. The work was started and completed on schedule, despite a snow storm that occurred toward the end of the demolition phase. The crew arrived promptly each day. Jacob kept me informed of the progress and the next steps. All crew members were courteous and professional. I highly recommend Legacy Concrete.

We had a section of our walkway "mudjacked" at few years ago. That repair did not last, so we decided the best remedy would be to replace the walkway. We called Legacy and Cindy came out promptly to provide us with an estimate. The estimated was reasonable and included a solution to our drainage problem that had caused the sidewalk to "sink". The work was completed promptly and ahead of schedule. The crew was polite and competent. The Walkway turned out great! I will definitely use Legacy Concrete again!

Robert was responsive, prompt, and fair-priced. There was no delay in our project and they started and ended when they said they would. the driveway looks fantastic, This is the second time we have used him at two separate houses for driveways and have been very pleased.

Company is extremely responsive and informative. Workers were professional and consistently communicated through out the process. Only negative was landscaping impacted by the work was not fully cleaned up and put back in order after leaving. Resulting in clean up and fixing landscape damage I had to deal with. Otherwise, highly recommend the firm.

We received three quotes before having our 16x23 patio poured. We went with Legacy because they use a higher psi concrete and their communication was always spot on. When I sent an email with a bunch of questions, Robert turned right around and gave me a call. Jacob and the install team were awesome to work with and answered all of my questions. Our patio looks great and am so pleased with how it turned out. I 100% recommend Legacy Concrete.

By far,the best work I have seen. The company was on time. They kept me in loop on the progress. Legacy Concrete performed above my expectations. They cleaned the job site like they were not even here.

I was very impressed with the professionalism through out the process. It was Refreshing that when Robert gave a time line it was met. They did a nice 5 inch pour with rebar and expansion.... a contractor of 20 years myself, I have to say they did the job RIGHT!! I would recommend them to anyone. I've seen a lot of shallow pours and some with no rebar, but I have to say Legacy does it right, I couldn't be happier!!!

The job started when scheduled and completed in three a day half days.

The project went smoothly from start to finish! Robert and his crew are extremely responsive, hard working, and care about the quality of product they produce. Robert and Jacob answered our many questions and concerns about our patio. They listened and brought our vision to life!
