I have mixed emotions for this deal. I wish they would have worded the deal differently and I told them it was very vague. Also, I think there was a limit of one deal and I had bought two, so that was problematic. However, the estimator that came out was outstanding and we had a good time. I might still follow up with them this spring. They have been very diligent to communicate with me.

I thought he was very good and fair. He had to come redo a step that had fallen. It wasn’t his fault but he did come back to do it. They were very responsive and he got back to me right away about everything. They hauled away and cleaned everything as well.

These guys are amazing! Tom was very professional, he spent time with me explaining the whole process, helped me to choose pavers and clearly answered all the questions. The whole team was great, the plan was to complete work within two days, but because of the weather these guys stayed till late until all is done within a day. In short - professional, experienced, knowledgable and responsive team! Will hire again!

Excellent. Couldn't ask for better. This is one of those true multi - generation families of tradesmen you rarely see any more. Skills and pride in their work handed down. No money down until the job was completely done quickly to my full satisfaction, cleaned up, and all the work toured and reviewed at the end. They came in with a full crew. Each person was focused and knew what they were doing. They protected areas from damage, went over everything in detail. They did a bid and discussed alternatives. Unlike many companies, the final bill was exactly the estimate. They came in did the work professionally, methodically, asked questions to double check. They cleaned up. Make sure you ask for AFFORDABLE CONCRETE WORK ( Littleton). There are many knock off similar name companies.

Robert was fantastic. He worked with me on options actually offering to give up work if my solution would be better served by another contractor. His bid was spot on - and I checked it with my staff that costs this type if work. Very professional. I would recommended them to anyone needing concrete repair or work

This is a family owned business and they really care about quality and customer satisfaction. It's a new pour, but I don't expect to have any issues. They took out old dirt, used road base underneath, re-bar inside, and poured thicker than 4" where needed for the proper slope. Their work and professionalism was top notch.

Now I have a crack where the porch meets the driveway?!?!?! I'll call them in April and we'll see how the "fix" goes!

The whole project went exceptionally well. Overall, I was extremely impressed by this company and would recommend them to my family and friends. They were efficient, professional, and it was obvious they were very experienced. This is a family owned business and it is evident they take pride in their work.

They did it in 2 days; the new sidewalk appears to have proper drainage away from the house and garage. They made a nice curve in the sidewalk instead of a right angle corner. They made a place for the drain to go under the sidewalk, which replaced my husband's Rube Goldberg contraption that went across the sidewalk and forced people to step over the drainpipe (a lawsuit waiting to happen). They did a very nice job in what appeared to me to be a somewhat difficult situation since we didn't have the driveway replaced at the same time. I love the new sidewalk! All the people we had contact with were polite and professional.

Robert and his crew were punctual, professional, courteous, and affordable. Entire family (and more) pitched into demo driveway and set forms for driveway, which I doubled in size, sidewalks, patio, and shed pad. Wasn't originally planning to do patio until the spring, but Tom and Robert gave me a very good price on the work and completed it with the other work. More than 10 guys were on the job to haul, pour, and form the concrete. They did a super job and I would highly recommend them for excellent concrete work.

They placed a concrete patio in our backyard. They did a good job.

The whole family was on the job site and worked very hard to get the job done right. We had snow over the weekend so they shoveled the work area on Monday to get the job site ready. Tuesday and Wednesday they had a large amount of demo and prep work to do removing the old driveways and regrading the side of the house where the new side driveway and patio slab would go. They did an excellent job of attaching the new patio slab to the house with re-bar and getting all the slopes right to provide proper drainage away from the house. They went above and beyond to help reset the side gates on the side driveway to get everything just perfect. They were very helpful and polite and answered all my questions and had some great ideas on how to address some challenges they faced on the project. The finished job looks amazing and I'm sure will stand the test of time.

They poured a colored, stamped concrete patio across the entire length of our home in the back yard along with a side walk from the front driveway to the patio in the back. The weather was extremely hot and caused the concrete to set up too fast. But they came out and completely removed the affected area and repaired it to our satisfaction. Not many businesses take that much pride in a job well done. We have future projects planned and will use them.

the pros/cons of only redoing part of the driveway. Tom and Robert came out right before the job began and marked off the concrete with spray paint and answered my questions. The first day of the job was demolition and a partial pour. On the second day the rest of the concrete was poured. Affordable Concrete Work's crew was absolutely amazing. This is a family run busines, and the gentleman who started the business (now in his 70's) was on his hands and knees leveling the driveway! The quality of the work was amazing, and the professionalism of the entire crew was outstanding. Several days after the work was complete, Tom and Robert came back out to the house to check on how the concrete looked. Also, Robert made a follow-up call to see if I had any questions. I would recommend Affordable Concrete Work without reservation.

Price is reasonable. Very punctual and responsive to concerns. Excellent clean-up after the job was completed.

Service provider polite, but unable to start my concrete job until later than I wanted to wait. I don't think pouring concrete in mid-winter is a good choice. No hard feelings.

We could not schedule it done quickly for our family need of a ADA ramp for my sister to use, so the service was not used. Robert of Affordable Concrete Work was understanding and released us from all obligations and recommended go to Angies List for a full refund, which we have done. Very friendly and professional customer service.

They have a $2500 minimum which wasn't in my budget. He was very nice but I thought it wasn't clearly stated on the big deal.

Provided prompt return contact after requesting a quote. Gave verb al estimate over phone and schedule time to meet and review project. Was on time or early to scheduled meetings. received official quote/contract for review within days of project review. shortly after I signed the contract job was scheduled. was notified prior to start of job of timetable. Job completed on time. crew very efficient. Price seamed a little high but I am very satisfied with the quality of work, which made the price worth it.

Met with Robert (owner's grandson) at our home and came up with a good price for all the work needed. Our 15 yr old driveway was in bad shape and I didn't want to spend another winter tracking the crumbling surface of the old driveway into the garage and house. Additionally, the front sidewalk was sinking and needed to be fixed. We didn't do anything fancy or upgraded and Robert didn't push any of that on us. The crew (which seems to be all family and close friends of) came out and in one day busted up the old driveway and poured a new driveway with a nice level sidewalk. Even the owner/grandfather came out to the project and got his feet dirty. The driveway and walk look great with a beautiful surface. Just today, they came out and sprayed a sealant on the driveway to help protect it from the mag chloride we all get deposited on our driveways in the winter. I wasn't expecting that extra touch. Would certainly recommend Affordable Concrete Works. They keep busy so give yourself plenty of lead time - no doubt it's a good sign they stay busy.

I greatly enjoyed working with Robert. Though the weather was not on our side for this project (was supposed to be done during the horrible flooding that Colorado had awhile back) he constantly kept in touch with updates and times of when he would be able to get the supplies needed for the job. Once things calmed down he and his crew were here to complete the job. My sidewalk turned out beautifully and I have recommended him to several of my neighbors. It is a family owned company and I really like the communication and professionalism that Robert provided.

After reviewing concrete driveway providers on Angieslist, I contacted Affordable Concrete about doing the work. Robert came out a few days later at a very convenient time, we discussed the project, he made measurements and explained what they would do and when and the cost. He was very personable and knowledgeable, and the price was far less than we had anticipated. Our driveway had several large cracks which would vary according to the season, and once my husband tripped and fell due to one of them, still has a problem from that fall. Had we realized the driveway would be this price and so easy to get done, we would have replaced it years ago. The crew (half of which were family members) came as scheduled about a month later, demoed the old driveway, and then returned the next day to pour the new one. All really hard, conscientious workers. They did a great job. Pretty good slope, the old driveway being in 4 sections meeting at enough of an angle that some vehicles could scrape bottom,. The new one is in 8 sections, and somehow actually horizontally rounded out a bit. It is a beautiful job and much easier and safer to use. I am recommending them to neighbors, and am sure we will be using the company again ourselves eventually.

They did a wonderful job. Everything was excellent, their response was perfect. We ran into problems with the weather when we had the monsoons and Robert kept in contact with us to update us when the cement trucks were pack up and running. They were very nice and professional and I couldn't have been more please with their service.
