Overall good experience. There is a crack developing on front walkway. Contacted Legacy and they stated they will repair when they have another job in our area.

Great! Neat and clean and thorough. All work was done in a timely manner.

It's beautiful but you have to remember concrete isn't perfect. It does take awhile to tear out, form, pour and then seal it. End result is worth it.

Robert and his crew did an amazing job pouring our concrete patio and walkway. We have a large patio and a walkway that is attached to existing shed slab, garage side door slab and driveway. They also buried 2 gutter drains and it looks and functions very well. They were punctual, efficient, fairly priced and all around great to work with. I would highly recommend them!

It went very well. Weather delayed the start by a day (we had almost a foot of snow the week prior), but they arrived when they said they would, completed the work in two days, just as they said, and did a nice job. They communicated well with us, throughout.

Out standing job by Robert, Eric, and team. Very professional, and the final product is gorgeous. We are selling our home and these added items will make it look even better.

In a nutshell - if you looking for a solid partner to get concrete work done - look no further. I could not be happier. This is a family owned operation and you feel it as a customer. There is pride, quality (they have been in the business for generations), knowledge, foresight on design, access, communication, and just downright good ole great service! They actual care! From the start of the project - they gave me guidance with the design - much of the recommendations I accepted.....and happy I did so. The removal of concrete was swift, they cleaned up after themselves, and always willing to answer my (sometimes dumb) questions with a smile. Hard to find a company like this out there anymore. Very pleased with all dimensions of the experience.

They responded immediately and had some good ideas on how to make our projects look even better. They showed up on time and the project was done within the time and budget as promised. The end result was even better than anticipated and we've received many compliments.

Very well! Gave us a timely, well priced estimate. Very transparent about costs. Had good suggestions to make our driveway look a bitfancy - diamond cuts that line up with the colored walkway. Finished product looks great. My only suggestions for improvement are about clean up.

They came in on Tuesday and did the demo and had it prepped for pouring. They were going to pour on Thursday but we had an ice storm and they couldn't get the trucks out of the yard so they came and did it all on Friday. Very efficient and finish is top notch from what I can tell... I was really dreading going through all the stuff but they made it fairly painless and I would recommend them highly. They are now called Affordable Concrete.

From beginning to end I was in contact with Robert, one of the owners. Robert made several trips to our construction site to check measurements and review the blueprints and permit. It was essential that the pad be made to exact measurements and specifications due to the building being made off site and assembled at our location. I felt confident that Robert and his Company had the knowledge and expertise to accomplish the job at a reasonable price. Once started the job took 3 days. Robert or his father were on site for most of the construction. The crew was polite and professional. The end result was a pad that fit the building to a "T". The Tuff Shed crew put the garage in without a hitch as the measurements were right on the money. I didn't want cheap I wanted quality at a reasonable price, and that's what i received.

Office was informative and helpful and called multiple times to confirm work and date. Project manager was very helpful and asked questions all throughout the job to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Workers did a great job of tearing out old concrete, placing forms and rebar, and then pouring and finishing cement properly.

Robert and Eric are great to work with. I've hired them before for a garage slab and back patio. Eric went over the project with me at every stage. He made sure I was happy with the design. He explained how the concrete was going to be pitched away from the house and the size steps I would have. I had this work done in December and with the ever changing weather they kept me up to date as conditions changed. Concrete is an investment and I would not hire any one else for this type of work.

Removal and pouring of the new driveway went good. the sealant which cost an extra $400 only covered 80% of the driveway. When I called and complained I was told by one of the Roberts, he did not promise to cover the whole driveway. I guess you have to pay for 20% more to get all the driveway covered. I wasn't even going to get the sealant, but Robert, the owner, talked me into it for 20% less. Hence the 80% coverage I guess. I was given a line that most customers might have accepted, but I insisted on full coverage o sealant and was cursed at and hung up on. Surprisingly 1 month later, Robert promised to come look at the driveway and get back with me.Never happened. So I cannot give an A review as would have happened had Robert not been such a jerk.

The men did such a great job....not the cheapest bid, but you get what you pay for.

I definitely recommend them, they were responsive and did quality work.

The estimator came out, looked at the project and advised that due to the cost of a concrete truck and labor the minimum cost for any project the company does is $2,500, well above the actual cost of the project. He said we should look into adding more concrete work to make it worthwhile. He arrived on time and was polite.

It went well. I set it up thru Robert, who is good about returning phone calls quickly. Matt came out and gave me an estimate. Robert was proactive in calling me to get it scheduled. The work was a two day process. They showed up on time both days. They were professional. On the first day, they framed out the patio to be poured. Jacob was very good at coming to get me with questions to be sure they were designing it the way I wanted it. They had valuable input into the final product by making suggestions. On the day of the pour, Eric checked in with me with questions and valuable suggestions to be sure it was completed to my satisfaction. They cleaned up after themselves. My only complaint was that I didn't know it was a two day process and had to do some trading around of work schedules to be there the second day. Other than that, I was impressed. It looks great and I'm really excited about my new patio extension!

They did a pretty good job overall. I wasn't on site during the job but when I showed up it was what I wanted.

They delivered as promised, they were very nice to deal with. A couple minor things to point out that I believe they could improve upon - but this is not a reflection of the work itself. One is that they scheduled for a 7:30AM demo (which they showed up EXACTLY on time), it's a little early for noisy demo work and I felt bad for my neighbors but they made a ton of other racket in that they are yellers! I'm sure they have to get used to yelling in a business that makes so much noise, but honestly they were louder than the machines. Another issue is that they could do better at paying attention to their surroundings, I had laid new sod in my yard and had 3 large signs to stay off the grass as well as putting up 30 flags as a border to make sure people saw the delineator. I had also discussed with two of the crew to please be very careful not to trample my brand new sod. Despite this one of the workers just trod right through the middle of my lawn (and right past 1 of the signs and at least 10 flags) - what was worse is that it was still wet from watering so the damage is much higher when its like this.

Robert and team did a great job. The price was reasonable and they busted up and removed the old concrete from our 30 x 10ft backyard in just a couple of hours. Although they missed a spot, they came back and finished it off as soon as they could the following week. Would recommend!

Robert came out and gave us an estimate on the job. Said he could not guarantee that the patio would come out OK but he had the best products so if anyone could do it he could. The first stripper he used did not work so we had to pay an additional $400 for a new stripper that was guaranteed. He then sealed the patio and stained and sealed a slab on the south side of the house. At first it all looked good. He told me over the phone the patio looked good as new as we were not home when he completed it. Then in late May we began to notice that the patio was getting white spots on it and it looked like the stain and sealer was coming off the slab. We sent him pictures and an e-mail on 06.06.14 again on 08.05.14 when he responded that he would come out and look at it and get in touch with his supplier. He also suggested that we may need to re-seal it and I indicated at the time that we did not want to spend any more money as we had already spent over $3000. No word as of today so we sent recent pictures and another e-mail. Please see attached pictures of our issues.

This was my first time hiring someone for a major home improvement and it turned into somewhat of a daunting task. It?s a bit different than buying a product off amazon where you can just read the reviews and be reasonably certain about what you?re going to get. The construction industry has the full spectrum ? guys that are good at what they do, and guys that aren?t. And we?re all prone to human error. I?m happy to say that in my dealings with Affordable Concrete Work, I believe that they are good at what you do. Not only are they friendly and have good communication when you get the bid, but they do quality work and understand what customer service means. I thought the price was reasonable for the work they do, and everyone really went out of their way to make sure I was happy. If there?s one piece of advice I can offer, it?s to play a somewhat active role as a homeowner. Don?t watch everyone over their shoulder, but if you have a specific vision - make sure you communicate that to the team. Don't make assumptions. Some people?s ideas of perfection are different than others. Major home improvements are still stressful and things happen, but I felt comfortable with Affordable Concrete Work the whole time and would recommend them to anyone.
