Our building consists of three owner occupied townhouses. One unit sold in June 2022 and the building inspection identified a construction defect that affected the entire building and needed to be corrected. We took bids, and identified King Plastering as the best candidate. They werenâ t the cheapest bid, but we liked their reviews; A+ rating on the BBB website, and 25 year history. The building is 18 years old, and the original stucco was not holding up especially well. We decided to re-stucco the entire building; correct the original flaw; and re-seal around all the windows and doors.. King did a great job. It looks like a new building. They crew worked really hard and got the job done within the original time estimate despite some significant rain delays. Overall, a great result and we would definitely hire them again.

Had to have the exterior stucco redone on my home. Jose and his crew did such an amazing job. My 30+ year old home look brand new.

Everyone at King Plastering was terrific to work with and we highly recommend them for your stucco repair and stucco painting. They did an outstanding job painting the stucco trim on our house. Worked super hard. Was very responsive and accommodating. Also repaired the stucco where needed. We would hire them again. And the paint and repaired look terrific.

Great communication and worked well to fit us on a tight timeline. Appreciated that it is family run and worked closely with their employees, showing up nearly every day to supervise and communicate on progress.

Asked for a quote on Monday, got it the same day. The job (minor stucco repair) was done on Tuesday. Jose Ramirez did an awesome job. The patch blends in seamlessly.

They did a great job and were easy to work with.

We wanted them to stucco in some bird holes, some of which were very high up and required them to walk on and put up ladders on the lower roofs. I was very apprehensive about them breaking the concrete tiles, but they didn't break a single one.

Hard to pin down a date work would be started.

Reyes and Jose were always there to make sure things were done right. King did a complete traditional stucco for us and it turned out very nice. Whenever we had a glitch they were right on top of it and corrected it immediately. These guys are honest and we trusted their opinions. I enjoyed working with a father/son team.

This company is Amazing. The company's bid was the lowest bid we received and a friend that had used them previously highly recommended them. They were flexible in scheduling, the work went quickly, the quality of work was phenomenal. Every member of the crew that they sent out was extremely nice and accommodating. They took the time to clean up everything and even offered to help rearrange all of the exterior furniture that we moved for the job. Cannot recommend this company enough.
