She was intent on helping us get the house that exactly met our needs, and she succeeded. Throughout all the twists and turns of our house-hunting, she brought incredible attention to detail matched by seemingly infinite patience. I can't imagine negotiating the treacherous waters of real estate without someone as seasoned and personable as Karen. We cannot recommend her highly enough. (Note: On the amount above, it says '$0.00.' Karen was in fact paid a real-estate commission. It was worth every penny.)
Description of Work: Karen was our real estate agent for our newly-acquired house. She was also the agent for our previous house, which we purchased 14 years ago.
