+ -1 moreI really think this architect should be barred from being hired by any other company. He is a liar, cheat, and thief.
Description of Work: He was hired to provide original design of a large commercial project. This included lining up the subcontractor specialties, coordinating their work. He provided a copy cat project from one he had designed before, specs were often cut and pasted with the old design details. There were so many problems with his subcontractor coordination and payment that the entire project was jeopardized and not completed, yet he wanted his full payment for his unprofessional copy cat incomplete work.
