 + -1 moreLoved the Dr and the appointment was on time. He was very thorough and explained as we went along. He asked question and tried to provide what is best for our needs. Every time we shop at Penny's we are pleased it is such a friendly environment

 + -1 moreThe selection and ordering went well as did the initial installation. After the blinds were installed the hardware they were installed with started cracking. The cracking was noticed after the blinds were a year old so the installation was out of warranty. At this point all installed blinds have cracked mounting hardware. Many of the blind pulls have fallen apart, though the blinds themselves are still in excellent condition. The sales personnel I had worked with are no longer part of JC Penny but,I had been told earlier that because the 1 year warranty had expired, the only way to have the problem fixed was to hire their installers to come out and remount the blinds on an hourly charge. n the future, I'll prefer to purchase window treatments through smaller companies with a local face a presence.

 + -1 moreI HAD SPECIALIZED INTERIOR WINDOW SHADES PUT ON MY WINDOWS. THEY DID AN OKAY JOB INSTALLING THEM. WORKING WITH JC PENNY WAS OKAY, BUT I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS HIGH.
Description of Work: I NEEDED INTERIOR WINDOW TREATMENTS FOR MY UPSTAIRS WINDOWS. I WAS UNABLE TO FIND THEM ANY PLACE BUT AT JC PENNY INTERIOR DECORATING.

 + -1 moreI HAD A LITTLE TROUBLE GETTING THE CURTAINS AND HAVING THE COLORS THAT I DESIRED. THEY LOOK NICE NOW, BUT THEY WERE A LOT OF MONEY. THEY WERE FINE TO WORK WITH, BUT THE CLEANING OF THE CURTAINS IS VERY INVOLVED.
Description of Work: I HAD CURTAINS DESIGNED FOR MY FRONT LIVING ROOM WINDOW. THEY WERE TWO PANELED.
