Innovative Painting

Everything went smoothly and easy. I contacted Paul for the estimate and he was very easy to work with. He listened to all my concerns and made sure the painters knew exactly what I wanted. The price was a little high based on other quotes but I discovered it is because of the quality of paint they use. I have had people use cheaper paint in the past and I can defintely tell the difference. The painters were on time and completed on time. Paul was always quickly responsive if I had questions. I plan to use them this summer to paint my garage.

They were wonderful. They were on time, cleaned up perfectly. They did a great job. They were fabolous.

Paul’s team did an excellent job. The work includes: prepping the space (including finishing the trim & patching wall) & applying two coats of paint to our downstairs & upstairs wall & trim.

Innovative was fantastic. We had multiple bids for the house and they were the first ones who listened and answered our questions. Others liked to talk about everything they do (but is/was it what we needed?) while others just focused on the bottom line price. Overall great bid, excellent communication when dealing with CO summer weather and fantastic work. We wound up selling the house and feedback on the exterior was always exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate hiring Innovative again for any project.

Wonderful. Looks beautiful, work was performed on schedule. Worksite was kept neat and clean. Will definitely use them again.

The service is good. It has nothing to do with Innovative Painting, rather it was a subcontractor and they did a good job. I have approached several companies, I think the price and the way they gave me the quote everything was really good.

Incredible. I had extensive work done at my house and Innovative Painting was excellent to deal with. They were detailed, on time, did high quality work, and had great communication. I have now used them several times. When getting work done at your home its awesome to find a company that offers such professioanlism.

Outstanding - on time on budget, highly professional.

The paint job was a comedy of errors (mess and unfinished paint work). The subcontractor was late,messy and unprofessional. The contract called for 2 coats of paint, promised that furniture and floor would be covered and protected. There were 3 spills of blue paint on our carpet, various drips of paint on our furniture, and back yard water hose was left on twice(he used the hose to clean out his paint roller) our bathroom was a mess afterward - it took me 3 hours to scrub the shower, jet tub, tile floor and sinks...there was paint/water residue everywhere. the white trim paint had to be redone as did some of the walls. It was not 2 coats of paint, many light areas. The manager came out to look at the job and was apologetic for the quality. He was going to have some other contractors come to fix (repaint) . I told him I was available the following Wednesday - Friday. I did not receive any calls earlier in the week with a plan for someone to come out. I fixed (repainted) on Thursday (6 hours). I did get a call Friday afternoon from a contractor looking to come by....a little too late. The manager called the following Monday to follow up- we played phone tag. I basically said I was done and would NOT be paying the remaining balance (1/3) after having to spend 3 hours cleaning, 6 hours painting and call carpet cleaner out. Very disappointed with this company. they had a nice shiny portfolio with nice promises but it was all show....Dave Logan certified means nothing! I will only go by personal referrals in the future. Lesson learned

They were wonderful! They did a excellent job and got the work done in a timely manner. They only thing I would say is that they use sub contractors, and we didn't know that, but they did a great job.

Excellent service. Home and storage shed was damaged by hail and only needed partial painting. Home was painted 4 years ago. I was not pressured to do the whole house. (it didn't need it) Estimated on Wednesday, washed on Friday, painted and completed on Saturday. Daniel and his partner left no sign that anyone had been there. (Excellent) They use Sherwin William's paint, which is the only paint I would use or recommend. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Did not paint the trim in the paint they said they would. Did come back and paint the trim in the type they said they would. No apologies from Paul the owner. Little disappointed with situation.
