We had asked them to hand dig instead of using a trencher to try to save as much of the roots as possible. There seems to have been some confusion in the timing of the work.When they showed up,the team did a nice job but the final cost was more then expected, which I was not informed of. Overall, it is a good company but there needs to be more communication with the client every step of the way.

They were reasonable and responsive. They did good work. I'm not certain what the cost was.

The work is yet to be done.

When we were mistreated by the company we had previously used, we ref'd to Angie's List to find Ingraham's Lawn Care. We were so happy when a live person actually answered the phone when we called- it was such a nice change. We explained the work we needed done & the urgency we had related to it's completion asap. They scheduled us 4 days out, which, at this time of year, is unbelievably fast. The gentleman was so friendly & we felt reassurred when we hung up the phone with him. Later that afternoon, on the same day, he phoned back to let us know they had a cancellation & they could be at our home in 30 minutes, if it was convinient for us. We were so impressed- & elated, to say the least. Sure enough, 30 minutes later, a very professional technician was at our door, ready to go to work. He got started right away after going over our needs with us. He worked diligently for the next 2 hours, completing the work we so desperately needed done. He even discovered some cut water lines left from our patio installation that we would have only discovered when we turned on the water over the weekend & would have flooded our new patio & backyard. We were so grateful! Ingraham's Lawn Care made our weekend with their professionalism, outstanding customer service, & overall superb business manner. We absolutely would recommend them to anyone needing work done with their lawn irrigation system.

Great - they are always on time, professional, and experienced. We will be using them again in May to get our sprinklers ready for summer 2011.

It is a good group. We have been using them for years and years. I think they are very reliable. I think their pricing is fair.

Randy was involved every step of the way and worked to make sure it was exactly what we wanted and needed-a fairly complex system. They were there to fine tune it, as well. I don't think it was the cheapest way to go, but it was well worth it. A great experience.

They were out there immediately. It took a few times for them to actually fix it. For some reason, it was not an easy one. They did not stop trying until they were able to fix it, as well as it could be fixed without redoing the flower boxes.

THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN UTILIZED BY US FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND THEY HAVE BEEN RECOMMENDED TO MANY OTHER HOMES IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD WHO HAVE ALSO UTILIZED THEIR SERVICES. THEY MAKE AN EFFORT TO START EARLY IN THE MORNING TO ENABLE PEOPLE TO LEAVE FOR WORK ON TIME.
