I can't say enough about Randy! He was great from start to finish. I ended up spending more than I had originally planned, but I got so much more as well. Randy was very informative about our options for the kind of grass to put in, and helped us make a good decision. I let him choose the flowers, and he did a great job. We'll have him back again this spring to do more landscaping.

I first used Ingraham's service for winterization in 2011 because of their Angie's List coupon offer. Their service was on time and efficient, and they advised me on repairs and upgrades that the system needed. In the spring of 2012, I hired them to upgrade the system. This was a fairly extensive project that required several days. They ran into some problems with scheduling, but eventually the work was completed in a satisfactory professional manner. The irrigation coverage is much improved over what it had been.

What a pleasant change from the service provider we had previously used!!! Randy returned my call within a couple of hours and was friendly and professional over the phone. He is very experienced in this work and accurately diagnosed our problem from my admittedly amatuer description. His technician arrived exactly when scheduled, went right to work, fixed our problem and winterized the system as requested. We will be using Ingraham's from now on!

The pipe into our sprinkler system burst one morning and a great deal of water flooded into a window well and then into our basement. Ingraham promptly sent a guy (unfortunately, I can't find a note of his name) to fix the water leak and make our sprinklers operational. The cost for that repair was very reasonable: under $200 as I recall. I asked them to come back and give me an estimate for some other repairs and long-deferred maintenance on our entire sprinkler system. Both Mr. Ingraham and his assistant came and gave a very frank and knowledgable assessment of the problems which included: repair of the window well damaged by the sprinkler flood, subsidence of soil around some of our deck pillars, burying some sprinkler pipes that I thought were too close to the surface behind the house, relocation of several sprinkler heads that had become blocked by landscaping, removal of a stump, and straightening and correcting the nozzles for about 30 other sprinkler heads. Mr. Ingraham promptly sent me a written proposal for the work, which I accepted a few weeks later. They were prompt in completing all the work on the agreed-upon date. In the following weeks I observed several problem areas in our lawn looking better than they have in years and I attribute the improvement to the expert judgment and work of Ingraham's Lawn Care.

I have used this company before and I was happy with the job they did. They are professional, punctual, and friendly.

We've been using Ingraham's Lawn Service and Irrigation for many years for both routine and non-routine service. We find them to be honest and able to clearly communicate our options when a repair is required or an upgrade desried.

We knew we had a leak in our sprinkler system, but didn't want to dig around to find it ourselves so we decided to hire someone to do. We found Ingraham's through Angie's List and scheduled a time for them to come out and fix it. They showed up, found the leak, charged us a reasonable price, and our sprinklers work now.

Ingrahams was responsive to my call. They were quite busy and we finally managed to get a time to meet and discuss the job. We then scheduled the work. The work was completed in one day by one person. They were pleasant to work with and professional. They showed me how to adjust the coverage at the sprinkler head should I need to do so in the future.

After the planting and seeding, Randy came by on several occasions to check on the work, to make sure the areas are getting enough water, that the sprinkler system is set correctly and working. He worked with me to choose the flowers to plant and how much mulch we needed to buy (we chose to do the mulching ourselves to save a little bit of cash). He helped me so much in choosing the flowers, and suggesting the low moisture, low growth grass. When I initially called him, I had thought I wanted just flowers and he persuaded me to include the grass and explained in detail why. The grass was up within 7 days (he had said it would be 10) We have already had loads of compliments, and neighbors have stopped by to ask who did the work. We could not be more pleased!

It was very easy to get scheduled. They came out and did exactly what they said they would do. They did a good job on it. It worked out exactly as I expected. I've even called them again to get more work done.

Was referred to Ingraham's by Angie's List a few years ago. Have been extremely happy with them ever since! They are very accommodating, professional & knowledgable. We just moved out of state & will miss them- Randy & his crew are great!

We had problems with our drip irrigation system. The technician from Ingraham's quickly diagnosed the problem and also found another one. He repaired the problems and made sure all zones were working properly and had been programmed. He was very professional, skilled, and personable. We would use Ingraham's again in a minute and highly recommend them.

I made an appointment with Randy and they were able to come out within about five days, which was great considering it was busy season. The gentleman who was supposed to be there between 12 and 3 hadn't shown up by 3:30 so I called Randy. He apologized for the delay and had the serviceman there in 20 minutes. He spent an hour turning on the system, explaining it all to me, replacing a head and adjusting the spray on several heads. The total was only $152! I feel that was a real value for the attention, time and parts I got. I'll use them again!
