Great! We had a difficult roof to work on AND the insurance company would not replace the shingles with the high end shingles on the roof. Jason (Infinity) worked diligently even involving the area manager of the shingle company. The work was completed and look great.

After the giant Sept. 2014 hail storm, the rep (Anthony) sold me on Infinity's services. They had great paperwork, and everything seemed solid. Then I signed on the dotted line. Mistake. After that, it became all about the money, and very little about customer service. Here were the issues: • Rep was in a HUGE hurry to get things scheduled. I wanted to wait until summer because of company in town, and other obligations. • Roof color “slate” was GREEN, not gray as described. No sample sent, so I’m stuck with a green roof. Admittedly, somewhat my fault, but Infinity definitely wasn’t looking out for me. • Painters and gutter companies showed up on the same day AND with zero notice. • Gutters that were installed are clearly inferior to what I previously had. In fact, were routed so poorly that my driveway has since cracked due to the poor drainage. • Rep would not deal with the window company, so I had to do that separately. • Rep kept insisting he needed to see the statement of work from insurance so that he could adjust my bill (upward) accordingly. Rep never came to inspect the completed work. In fact, the only time he came by was to collect money. • Invoice was generic and did not itemize cost as required in my (amended) signed contract. • Billing extremely unorganized. • After final bill was paid, rep came back with “forgotten” charges. These seem to be legit, but he was rude about my “failure to pay in a timely manner” (ie: in less than 2 weeks), despite the fact that I was out of town for Thanksgiving and needed time to review the invoice & new charges. I’ve since heard they are paid on commission, so this makes a lot of sense now. • Invoice was dated as past due, even though this was a net new bill. • The one positive --- the subcontracted Painters were EXCELLENT! • Bottom line --- do not use them. I can’t wait until I never have to hear from the rep again --- which I thought was the case with my first “final” payment.

The Infinity team was working on a house two doors up from ours, and they dropped by, offering a roof inspection for hail damage. They showed me pictures of hail hits and informed me how serious the consequences of not tending to it might be. They then called the insurance adjuster for me to help file a claim. When the adjuster inspected the roof, he said the damage was limited, and that only minor repairs needed to be made, and that most of the "damage" was wear and tear. I asked how bad the wear and tear was in their professional opinion, and they said the wear was significant, and that 30 year shingles usually didn't make it past 12 years, and that it might start leaking at about a year if nothing was done. Thinking that I was going to have to replace the roof in the near future, I then obtained a second opinion from another roofer. That person said that the roof was in decent shape for its age, that a few of the hail hits and nail pops might be worth a squirt of silicone, and that had he been the one to inspect the roof, he would not have thought it worth while to file an insurance claim and that the roof had at least another 5 years life expectancy. In reading the employment reviews on the internet, it appears that the sales people at Infinity operate on commission, and that the people who solicited me grossly overreached in filing the claim. I now have a few dollars from the insurance company , a ding on my otherwise claim-free record, and several hours of aggravation to show for the project. The only good news is that I now know enough about shingle roof damage to do my own inspections and call a roofing company which does not operate on sales commissions if I see something worrisome. If the Infinity people had had the decency and common sense to tell me that the damage was limited and not worthy of an insurance claim hoping for a full roof replacement, I would have been very grateful, and most likely would have been an enthusiastic customer in the future. That certainly is not the case now. .

The subcontracted out all the work (so much for them being a certified installer?). We used Infinity for a roof replacement and they were ok. While there wasn?t much to complain about they also didn?t add any real value either as they subcontracted out 100% of the work as the company just seems to be people to manage your insurance claim (I managed my own) and place orders for supplies and bid out the work. My biggest concerns was the trim of the Decra stone coated shingles seemed inferior or MetroRoofs stone coated shingle product. Infinity DID accomodate some schedule changes we presented and was mostly responsive when issues arose but generally I had to find the issues and raise them or some of these issues would have gone unaddressed. I believe their sub was R R Roofing in Denver. I'd just go straight to them next time.
Description of Work: (This is a multi-state chain HQ's out of Texas. My actual work with Inifinity was through the Littleton branch but I suspect all branches has the same method/business strategy. My scores may be a little off from the Littleton score as I was going from memory). Infinity was one of the few local installers of the Decra stone coated steel roofing material. We contracted with them to replace the roof.
