+ 0 moreThey are very good. It was second time I have used that company and definitely, I will recommend them. They came to do a scope of my sewer and did very god job. They were on time, professional, and courteous. There is nothing really that I dislike.
Description of Work: They did a camera spilt of my sewer drain.

+ -1 moreThe guy who came out was professional and courteous. I spoke with a couple secretaries and they were also very informative and courteous. I had been told by a previous company that my sewer line needed to be replaced, so I wanted to see if I could get away with Vaporooter instead. After inspection, the guy said I didn't need replacement, so he applied Vapo with a year guarantee against live roots. Much cheaper than replacement! They did a great job and I'm happy to have a guarantee. I'll be having that service done again next year!

+ -1 moreConducted sewer pipe inspection and pointed out a few roots that were developing. The gentleman who conducted inspection was very professional. Upfront about condition of pipes. Made recommendations without being pushy. Very good experience, and highly recommend.

+ -1 moreThe Hydrophysics inspector protected our carpet by removing shoes, completed his work quickly and thoroughly, gave us a video of the sewer line and surprisingly, reported there was no break, so no need to do anything other than clean the line. He then checked the water meter to determine if there is a water leak and showed me how to check it once the sprinkler system is off to isolate the problem as inside or outside. This water meter check was at no cost but in response to my questions. I highly recommend Hydrophysics for unbiased opinions on the condition of your sewer.
Description of Work: Hydrophysics inspected our sewer line that we suspected might be broken. They are a unique company in that they do not do the work if it is broken, so you receive an unbiased opinion which costs a bit more than companies that do repairs. We had heard the horror stories of companies that give you a video of someone else's broken pipe and then charge large $ to replace.

drain cleaning, drain pipe, plumbing
+ 1 morepvc from foundation to city main was contracted 12 yrs. ago and the job was not done correctly as i was left with 2 ft of concrete. A saddle was not used to complete the job. And i now have tree roots growing into and through the concrete. According to T.J the owner of the co. He is going to run a liner down through the clean out in and through the PVC to the concrete to make a correction and seal up the connection to city main according to contract. This will take care of problem and i will be happy with the job done.
Description of Work: excavation in my back yard from foundation to short of 2ft of concrete pipe left to the city main. T.J. the owner is going to insert PVC liner into the new PVC to correct the problem summer of 2013 according to contract.
