As explained by Don. He was fair, detailed and honest. Didn't have to listen to the 20 minute up-sell by other companies and trying to scare me into buying things I really didn't want.

Don is very responsive, accommodating and professional. He has performed 2 inspections for us, both were on vintage Denver homes. Don is extremely thorough, detail oriented, and took the time to explain and think through next steps on every single issue that was raised. Don is also an American Society of Home Inspectors instructor, so he is able to very clearly and simply articulate complex issues in common speak. My husband and I are first time home buyers that were thinking about taking on a fixer upper in Wash Park. Don saved us from moving forward on what seemed like a dream fixer upper in an awesome location, but in reality was a $100,000+ job to make the safe/inhabitable. Don is a straight talker, very honest and is very thoughtful. He is a great listener as well-- he gives you the space to talk through all of your concerns and issues. On our second home, he caught about $30,000 worth of repair issues that we are currently negotiating a credit for with the seller. He's a real life and money saver. He's worth every penny and then some!

Don is great to work with. He took his time to answer all our questions during the home inspection, which was very appreciated as first time home buyers. He was extremely knowledgable and gave us a thorough and detailed home inspection report.

Don was punctual and ready to go to work right away. He allowed me to follow along as he worked and pointed out the issues he was seeing, as he was photographing and taking notes. He was very thorough, including actually going up on the roof, and taking pictures, all of which were included in his detailed report. He also did a radon test, which included setting up the machinery 2 days before the inspection.

Great experience from start to finish. Don was early to the appointment, friendly, and professional. Most of all he was thorough in the inspection, and found some significant issues. Armed with his detailed report (full of annotated pictures) we were able to get over $7000 in compensation from the seller despite being told by our agent that "The market is so hot, sellers aren't making any concessions."
