+ -1 moreIt was a very pleasant experience overall. Gary, the owner, was great about answering the phone and communicating. We have ordered table tops from other companies before and had nothing but problems. They were on time with the delivery and even offered to cut us a tabletop for another piece of furniture from our scrap glass and bring it back. The tabletop Gary brought to us had an error made by the glass cutters in the measurements, and Gary worked with them behind the scenes to replace our glass at no charge and also brought the piece he cut from our salvage glass to cover another piece of furniture. Such great, friendly, personal service! I will never go to anyone else for glass needs again, and I highly recommend this company to anyone!
Description of Work: HIghlands Ranch Glass provided us with a custom cut tempered glass table top and removed/disposed of our old cracked one. Gary, the owner, was able to give me an estimate over the phone based on measurements I made at home. He came out to measure the table before ordering the glass to ensure that it was an exact fit.
