Description of Work: They repaired door and storm doors. It went well. This company is top notch. There are handymen who might charge less but are not punctual, professional, whatever and customer pays in stress and sometimes job not done well. Handyman Matters takes good care of their customers.

Description of Work: They have come several times. I think they worked on our security doors. I know I feel if I need a good job done well, I will call them. They can cost a little bit more than the guy down the street, but they are good, trustworthy, have the materials with them to get the job done as they set up what is needed when the appointment is made.

Description of Work: They worked on our outside doors and security doors. |One of the nice things about Handyman Matters is they detail the job when the appointment is made. When the man comes to your house, he is ready to work with the necessary supplies on hand; and he arrives on time. I really get a feeling they can do the job correctly or will tell you the job is beyond their capabilities ( one of our doors needed to be replaced rather than impossibly repaired). when they do the job, they do it well. I don't have to watch over them or wait while they run out for supplies.

Description of Work: One person from Handy Matters came out to quote on a bath remodel project. The contractor measured, took pictures and promised a quote in a few days but we never heard back from anyone.

Description of Work: They installed a faucet in my kitchen. They also discovered the hose would not retract. They also fixed that on a seperate visit without charging me. Everything turned out great! It was one the best contractors I have ever worked with. They do not have a lot of automated calls so I was able to speak with someone.

Description of Work: They completed handyman work for a fix in my bathroom.

Description of Work: I received a quote for Handyman work. I thought that Eric was top notch. I thought he was a very nice guy and he was on time; I just wasn’t in the market for his price range and the quote was a little too high.

Description of Work: I used Handyman Matters South to replace two smoke detectors that are also carbon monoxide detectors. They fixed the floor lights as well.

Description of Work: We needed to have our half wall in the kitchen reduced down to the cabinet height so we could make an island out of it. We also needed a new sink installed in the kitchen and a new toilet installed. Mark came out and did a great job of getting the work done. He was punctual, cleaned up after himself and was very informative. We did run into a few snafus that had to do with the IKEA sink because there was a certain tool we needed to cut faucet holes in the stainless steel sink. Of course IKEA didn't inform us of this when we purchased the sink so we didn't have it for Mark when he came out. So we had to run out and get it and Mark came back the next day, at no extra charge, to finish the sink. We will definitely be using them for more work in the future.

Description of Work: I sent a rather detailed email to this company asking for help with a bathroom repair. I'm handy but this one has me scared, and I explained with photos what the issue was (water damage on an elaborate frame around a glass block shower). I got no response, although I did ask if they didn't want to take this on if they knew anyone they would recommend.
