The service overall went excellent. They were very professional and kind, and they paid great attention to detail. The communication was always great, and they answered every time I called. I also appreciated how they cleaned up very well after themselves.

Not only did Keith get out to the house the day I contacted him to put together a bid, he arranged his schedule to start the job immediately. The crew showed up promptly on Monday morning and began working furiously. They had the job done in a less than a week and it turned out beautiful. Keith was always available for consultation and made several smart decisions regarding specific trim detail when I was not able to be on site. I would most certainly recommend GS Exteriors for any home improvement project.

The house looks great. The guys were here on time every day until the job was complete. They cleaned up after completion very well and they were very nice. We would recommend the company to friends.

Keith and his partner were responsive, prompt, and helpful with the estimate. They answered questions and provided estimates I needed to help me decide how much to offer for the house. I needed a lot of samples and time to decide on colors, and again, Keith responded quickly with what I needed. We needed to schedule work before I moved in. Keith's company crews were all busy and he subcontracted to someone he knew well and had worked with before, Gabriel Wright. Keith kept in touch and in the loop when questions arose. Gabe's team was fabulous and worked very hard through very cold weather. We did not finish before I moved in, but this was partly because of the weather and a number of issues that arose, included some live wiring inside the insulation where animals had chewed the wiring, and several window sills that had rotted out. Gabe worked with me to get help to fix these things before the siding covered them up. His crew spent time on my job making sure things were done right, which is what I asked for. Dwayne was indefatigable and relentlessly optimistic, which was great when the weather got bad and the job got hard. He was attentive to showing me problems and helping me make things work out better. We have some follow up, mostly waiting for better weather to finish finding all the nails. A few other issues arose with the garage door installation and some of the plaster inside being damaged from the hammering, and Keith helped resolve those issues quickly. The job was finished during the holidays, and even though the final bill is already paid and I am only now following up, Keith responded immediately when I emailed him. I would highly recommend him as a contractor and overseer of the project. I have done remodeling and contracting before, and expected some headaches to come up. I was impressed with how well these were dealt with. All in all, everyone worked together to do a great job.

Keith was wonderful about working with me, re-ordering what I thought I was going to get in the first place and charging me fairly for the difference in material. The only challenge in the process was with the trim painters who came at odd times (Thanksgiving morning!)and required the doors to remain open for several hours - understandable but tough in the winter with babies in the house! My overall experience was exceptional. I highly recommend the whole GS Construction team and would definitely use them again should the need arise.

The process of me deciding to spend that much on my house took many months of negotiations, reviewing other projects, color selection, and just figuring out if James Hardie was the right approach. During this time GS Construction worked on 2 houses in my neighborhood and that helped make up my mind. Keith was extremely easy to work with as was the rest of the team. Keith estimated the job and he was spot on. They showed up everyday, even on the holidays and worked dilegently to get the job done. They were kind and professional during the whole process. the job was done very well, i am extremely pleased with the results.

It was an outstanding experience working with GS Construction from pre-bid to final inspection. We selected them due to their obvious knowledge and experience with James Hardie siding materials, and their pricing was very competitive. Ernest Lopez was an exceptional project manager; he was always available and responsive to questions, he was thorough, he obviously managed his team well - a pleasure to work with. Ernest and his team clearly took a lot of pride their work. We are very happy with the installation, exactly as we envisioned. Definitely my best experience working with a residental contractor.

The overall project went very well. We were plagued with bad weather the week they were installing the product so that slowed down progress a bit, but these guys fought through it and finished the job wonderfully. They did what they promised and even went the extra step to do things that were not part of the contract. Very rare to find contractors that are this honest and go that extra mile for you. I would defintley recommend G.S. Construction! They are very competitive on pricing compared to the 3-4 other companies that I received quotes from and most importantly they follow through on what they say they are going to do. If you are on the fence about using them, don't hesitate to go with them!

Replaced siding, soffits and fascia with James Hardie color plus siding. Replaced large picture window. Replaced gutters. Did a beautiful job!

Keith and the rest of the crew were really impressive. I bid the job out to a handful of other companies, and they were reasonably priced and willing to work with me on the details. The whole job only took a week from start to finish, and the siding turned out fantastic. There was very little evidence after the job that there were 10 construction workers tramping around the house for a week, which I really appreciated. The paint work they did for the job was a little bit sloppy, but after discussing with Keith, they came back in and made the repairs necessary. In addition, the painter went above and beyond in refinishing the front door, spending most of two days sanding and restaining. I would definitely recommend this company in the future. The only reason they didn't get As across the board was the painting and a slight lack of communication during the bid process, but they more than made up for it in executing the siding.

GS Construction arrived at the job site and completed the work in three days. The crew was friendly and easy to work with. We had many questions prior to beginning the work as well as questions during the actual siding process. Keith, the salesman and crew chief was patient and thorough in answering our questions, as well as addressing any concerns on our part. The crew came down to Colorado Springs from Denver each day and worked hard to complete the job in a manner that met Hardi's specifications and resulted in a high quality installation. We have had several complements from neighbors and friends on the finished product which is a testament to GS Construction and its crew.

GS Exteriors work is amazing. They were professional, prompt and extremely affordable. Our house was built in 1973 and had never been remodeled. They stripped the old siding and found it had a bunch of issues, they fixed all the problems with out a issue. One our custom windows we ordered from Home Depot was brought in wrong in the wrong size and with out a question they were able to make a bigger opening so we could use it. They did a great job and made it as stress free as possible. I have already recommended them to several friends.

They are very good. I highly recommend them. They are very efficient. They say when they are coming and they do a good job. They are easy to work with and ethical. They respond on a timely manner.

Went well. Start date was delayed several times, but it turned out better since the later start allowed a larger team to be put on the job, cutting the estimated time from 8 days to 3 days. The whole team was friendly and polite. A few issues came up but were corrected promptly and appropriately. During the siding replacement a wire was punctured by a nail, and when they couldn't find the problem themselves, I was credited an amount to cover the cost of having an electrician come out and fix it. Some of the new gutters were not draining properly, so the gutter crew came back out and made adjustments to fix the problem.

Keith Vigil and his crew were very professional and competent. They completed the entire job in three days in accord with the James Hardie installation requirements. They did not leave a mess. We are very pleased the the contract price and the work that was performed.

Super job done by this group of gentlemen. Kevin and Ernest are the greatest. We have never used a contractor for anything before in over 50 years and I was very pleased with our first experience. Price was exactly as quoted and craftsmanship was first rate. I am a retired shop teacher and my manta is "do it right the first time with no mistakes" and these guys delivered. My wife and I are very pleased with the whole process start to finish. I highly recommend this firm for siding and windows.

Keith and his crew did an excellent job! They were able to come a week early and completed the job in 3 days! They were punctual, professional and did excellent quality work. Keith went above and beyond and included some additional architectural details such as covering our front porch post and did some additional gable-end shingling at no additional cost. We couldn't be happier with the workmanship and would absolutely recommend GS Construction to anyone needing siding work.

I was very pleased with the price & the service. I received bids from 3 highly rated companies. G.S. had the best price by far. Keith, owner, bid the job & was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Keith let the team & was on site every day. His team was hard working, polite & easy to work with. They finished the job on time as promised. The house, deck look great. There was one minor problem that needed correction. Keith addressed it immediately & fixed it to my total satisfaction. The experience was positive from start to finish.

It went well. The work was completed in phases due to winter weather, with my work divided into three contracts. I selected GS because I wanted one company that could coordinate and the range of exterior services. We each contracted with GS separately. Work was scheduled and coordinated at the same time. Ernest Lopez was our prime contact and he was very personable and responsive to each homeowner. The sub-contractors were well managed. They came when expected, worked well and cleaned up. All projects have hiccups but the over arching message communicated by Ernest was to ensure that we were happy with the work. My neighbors had verbally specified the paint finish but it wasn't written anywhere. Even though a third of their house had been painted with semi-gloss instead of flat GS replaced the paint and redid the work, without argument or complaint.

They came in at the price i needed. The work was done great and on time.

We interviewed four contractors to replace our siding. We chose G. S. Construction because Keith Vigil was extremely thorough in our initial meeting and the price was comparable to the other siding estimates - not the lowest and not the highest. Once we decided, we expected there to be about a month delay before the job would start. Much to our surprise, Keith was able to start the next week. The crew was prompt, friendly and very professional. The job took exactly as long as Keith indicated. He sent e-mail updates each evening. Any questions and concerns were handled right away. Our new siding looks fabulous and the crew did a good job cleaning up. Keith's crew really went above and beyond our expectations. They even saved a flower bed I had just planted by builing a little scaffolding over it. It's this attention to detail that I think really defines G. S. Construction.
