Keith, Ernest and their team were excellent! They were all extremely professional and friendly before, during and after the work was done. VERY easy to talk to. We never felt intimidated or and quot;dumband quot; asking questions, etc. The quality of their work was very high and their attention to detail was impressive. They finished the job in four days with great efficiency always making sure to check in and get our opinion on design decisions, etc. to ensure we were happy with the progress as they went. We used the James Hardie Color Plus (pre-painted)Siding and it looks great. We have since received numerous comments on our and quot;newand quot; house and couldn't be more pleased! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that asks! Fantastic!

Work went smoothly. The crew worked with us through all of the small issues bound to come up in a remodel job. They showed up every day, worked to complete the job in a timely manner and cleaned up well after themselves. We had a lot of back and forth with the owners of the company before pulling the trigger to hammer out all of the details of the job. They were quite responsive and helpful through the whole process. We are quite happy with the end result.

We thought they wouldn't be able to begin the work for a few weeks, instead work began less than a week after signing the contract. We actually were going out of town when they wanted to start working. Keith assured us they could work on the house while we were gone. We came home at the end of the week to find he house almost finished. Our neighbors informed us that the work crew cleaned up at the end of each day and did not leave a trace of the debris from their work that day. We have a two story home and the work was completed within 6 days. They were professional and courteous. The supervisor and a manger came back to inspect the work and confirm that we were completely satisfied with the finished product. Everyone in our neighborhood has stopped by to complement us on our home since the work was completed. Would definitely recommend GS Exterior Experts to anyone who needs siding replaced.

The whole process from estimate to completion took about a month. There was a week delay on the window but otherwise they got down to work and were there every day working their tails off. The screen on my sliding glass door was damaged and they had it and two other torn screens repaired even though I told them I wasn't entirely sure they had damaged the other two. There was some slight frustration around communication - I had difficulty communicating with the crew and so used email to relay issues to Ernest. Those communications did not always get results, but the end result was that it cost them time and materials which they gladly gave. They had a different crew do the gutters and overall they did an excellent job as well. One exception was that they put a downspout in the wrong location, but, again, it was moved without any hesitation. The cleanup was stellar. I lost a few plants in my yard but they were up against the house and unavoidable. Otherwise, there was very little evidence that they were ever there except for my gorgeous newly sided home. In my 24 years as a homeowner, I have never had such a pleasant and uncomplicated experience with a service company. Truly, these guys are golden!! I felt listened to and respected, and was witness to some truly dedicated and hard working guys. Definitely, get some other estimates so when you ultimately go with GS you can relish what an amazing deal you got!

From the beginning we could tell we were dealing with a professional we could trust. We obtained other quotes and felt comfortable with the proposed work and price. All appointments were kept, and detailed communication was provided. The crew was very pleasant and professional, and provided excellent workmanship. We're thrilled with the results!

They communicated every step of the way, they did a quality job, and kept the work site clean so that our dogs could be in the yard when they weren't working. We were very happy with the product, the workmanship, the communication, and the professionalism the team showed. Would highly recommend them. We have had frustrating experiences in the past with work being done on our house and this was fast and painless. The pricing wasn't cheap but it was competitive and we felt like it was well worth the money.

After cancelling the first appointment, They attempted to reschedule the second, and then let us know that the job was too small for them. This was for a roof replacement on 2 duplex units. If they don't build roofs under a certain square footage (approx 1600 sf), they should have addressed that before wasting my time and my tenants time.

First, it was a huge job. The entire second story of a Mansard roof home with multiple elevations and profile changes . GS stripped all of the masonite and replaced any decking that was in poor condition as well as adding OSB sheath to areas that had not been done originally. The entire project took about 2 1/2 weeks and had a few days of rain delay. As with all projects, sometimes things go a little wrong. How these problems get handled makes all the difference in the world. Keith addressed our concerns very promptly and to our satisfaction. I am very happy with the job GS Exterior Experts did in turning our somewhat shabby looking home back to a beautiful place.

We hired GC to strip the old Masonite siding and install James Hardie

This was for a rental property we have in Lochbuie. Kenny drove out and got a sample, then tried a couple places to get as close a match as possible and did the repairs all in a weeks time. Great job! It looked really good. Appreciated the quality work and the quick turnaround for repairing it. Would definitely recommend them for anyone that needs vinyl siding repair work done.

Worked with Keith for 5 weeks (with a couple of vacations on our part in the middle) to sort out the details of replacing 4 windows and a door at our house. Sent an e-mail requesting an appointment for the final measurements and to sign the contract, did not receive a response. Followed up one week later. Received the following. "I apologize we cannot take on any small projects at this time. I thought I replied sooner but realized it was saved as a draft and didn't hit send. Thanks for the opprotunity[sic]." I called to ask Keith what the problem was. Apparently they've had personnel changes (a reduction in their workforce) and now cannot complete our job. I see I'm not the only person who's had this experience with them. Unfortunately, we've already purchased and had delivered a door for them to install, and most other companies won't install a pre-purchased door. Additionally, this happened right after making a down payment on painting the house with another company, work to be completed after the windows and doors were installed. With winter fast approaching, we're now scrambling to find a replacement vendor. Had I not followed up, I wouldn't have even received an e-mail. Had I not called, I would not have received an explanation. Barely an apology, and no attempt whatsoever to help me find someone else to do the job they originally wanted to perform. Wholly and totally unprofessional - a grade of F all around.

It never happened - they decided to not to the work they quoted me but failed to inform me of this while I was waiting at home for someone to show up!

I contacted Keith from GS Exterior Experts for estimates to replace the siding and roof on my house. I was EXTREMELY impressed by Keith and his crew. He was able to schedule me very quickly, and his communication was exceptional. The work was done quickly and was high-quality. They had the job done in a less than a week and it turned out beautiful. Keith was in constant contact with me every step of the way, and the price was very fair.

The provider did a beautiful job. The siding, painting, and gutters all look great. The work was detailed and professional; and the work was done timely - despite delays due to inclement weather. I added items to the project several times and the provider incorporated the additions into the project with ease. There were very few items that needed attention at the conclusion of the project and those item were taken care of quickly, and without hesitation, by the provider. At the conclusion, the crew did a thorough cleanup of the premises. The crew was always very courteous and took special care not to let our three dogs out of the gate. Our contact for the project, Keith, was always receptive and courteous. At no time did we have a problem with this contractor with regard to either quality of work or communication.

We replaced our siding with Hardie Fiber Cement pre-painted siding. We also had the windows on the upper level replaced. Keith, the owner of GS Exterior Experts, stated the job should take about 2 weeks (10 business days) to complete. We were a little skeptical of that time frame, but lo and behold they finished a day early!! Keith was onsite for the full 9 nine days, supervising and also working alongside his crew on the house as well. They removed and disposed of the old siding, added extra insulation foamboards to the house, installed new windows on the upper level, and then installed the siding. They took care to ensure the trim and other facades of the house matched what was there previously and within our HOA guidelines. The only mishap was when they re-attach the 1-inch thick cord from the AC unit that ran along the side of the house. The cord was very loose and did not pass the house inspection when we were selling the house. We had to hire an electrician to fix. Keith graciously reimbursed us for the cost of the electrician. Overall, Keith and his crew did a great job - they were fast, efficient, polite and very professional. If we need our next home re-sided, we would consider hiring GS Exterior Experts again.

They did an excellent job. The work crew from GS were always on time if not even a few minutes early. They put in full days and were able to complete the insulation, siding, so fit and fascia part of the job in about 4.5 days. (We have a large 2 story house). The gutters and downspouts were done in a matter of about 3 hours. All the work was top notch. Keith Vigil is great to work with. C.J., the foreman for our project was also terrific.

Kevin was on time and gave an estimate on re siding my home. I will use his company as I felt he was honest and answered all my questions and not once did I hear, and quot;We, you, can't do thatand quot;, as did the other 2 companies I had received estimates from. Nor did he push for me to, and quot;buyand quot; other products that I didn't need. Very profesional. Listen first. Always, and quot;We can do thatand quot; and never trying to sell what I didn't need or ask for. Explained building codes and how the job would be done. First impression is everything. Working with Kevin is like working with a friend that has only your best interest in mind. Kevin emailed the estimate 3 days later and called to follow up. That I appreciate.

My 1922 house was in pretty bad shape. The old cheap siding was peeling off and needed to be replaced. Keith came to our house and we liked him right away, and, it just so happened he came in with the best bid for James Hardie siding. Keith and his team showed up on time and did a spectacular, detailed job. My house needed a little extra attention because of the age, which was all taken care of by Keith and his team. Very happy and impressed with the professionalism and thoughtfulness of the entire team. They rolled in on Monday morning and the entire job was done on Friday. I'm planning on having them replace my roof in the near future.

Keith and his crew resided our house in the timeframe that he specified. He was very responsive to any small details that were missed. He did a final walkthrough to make sure we were happy with the work. His crew broke two things in the yard and he was very fair with reimbursing us for the cost of replacement.

Keith was very good. I met him at the CO home and garden show and liked him. Simple contract. Made the appointment and his installers were there on time. the windows were nice and were reasonably priced. however, installation did not go well. Caulking was missed and I asked Keith to have them come back immediately which they did. The installers made a mess of the shutters. left a mess in my yard. I have had several of my windows replaced in my house over the years and these installers were by far the worst. they were punctual. I will give them that. but had I not checked for thoroughness on their job, when it rained it would have ruined the windows and the walls. Its a pity because I liked Keith.
