Crew arrived, removed old siding and installed new in just 2 days, replaced all guitters and downspouts. They worked very hard at keeping a clean construction area. I couldn't have asked for more.

The job went fantastic from start to finish. The workmen were very skilled and took a great deal of pride in their work.

They came out a couple of days to do the work a couple of days after I called them. I liked their follow-up and they were on time for their appointments. The work was done very well and they cleaned up everything.

Keith was very pleasant to deal with from the outset. He was one of three contractors to bid the job, and was the least expensive by several thousand dollars. He is an official Hardi product installer, and a local Hardi representative stopped by to ensure all was going well during the install. He and his crew were efficient and pleasant to deal with. Our install was complicated by the fact that we were away for several weeks, but upon our return Keith was very responsive when it came to resolving "punch list" issues.

Ken John at GS Construction did an excellent job. He was able to get me a quote based on some pictures and measurements that I sent and he was on time for the appointment. They were priced well and I am satisfied with the work that was completed. He fixed my siding so that you could never tell that I had it repaired. I will definitely call them for all of my future siding issues.

They did a good job all the way around. They were fast.

G.S. Construction did a wonderful job on our house. Once we contacted the company, Keith came out promptly and gave us a no-pressure estimate. We obtained four estimates for our job - G.S. Construction was not only the lowest, but more importantly Keith was the most knowledgeable of all the contractors we met. Work started on time and the crew worked long days (in very hot weather) to get the job done. Overall, I can't speak highly enough of Keith and Ernesto and their willingness to make sure we were happy with the job. When we were trying to decide if we wanted to add some Hardie Board detail to the peaks of our house, they worked late on a Friday to temporarily put up the detail to give us the weekend to decide if we liked it. We decided we would like to install new shutters (halfway through the job) and have our garage door painted with Hardie colors - and Keith made sure the job got done without missing a beat and still on time. We also had new gutters installed. I highly recommend G.S. Construction.

Keith arrived promptly at the appointed time to look over the proposed job and provide an estimate of cost and time to complete job. He provided ample references and locations of previous work completed by GS Construction. Keith and his partners arrived on the day agreed upon to begin the job. We were very happy to see Keith onsite each day working with the team. It was very refreshing to have the individual who provided the proposal and job description actually onsite working start to finish. The entire crew were a pleasure to have around, always friendly, courteous and willing to take the time to answer all of our questions. We have used several contractors on various home improvement projects over the past few years and GS Construction definitely rates at the top of our experiences. We will be happy to provide a positive reference for GS Construction and would definitely use them again for future projects.

Very smoothly. All of our siding was restained, all of our windows replaced and the interior of our house painted within 1 week. Very nice company to work with, always reachable and personable. I highly recommend them.

We had original wood siding removed and six original windows replaced. G..S. Const. also painted the new siding and trim, matching our existing exterior. We decided to go with JamesHardie siding because of its durability and warranty. G.S. Const. is a preferred JamesHardie installer. We checked five references and looked at the work performed by G.S. Const., in our area before hiring them. Keith was very responsive, answering our questions and meeting with us twice before the construction began. The crew was professional and did a quality job. We'll see how the windows fare this winter. On time, on budget.

We were very, very happy with the work that he did. I wanted to give him a recommendation. They are called exterior experts so it was all exterior work. They use name-brand materials for all the work that they did. They were very pleasant to work with and were very respectful individuals. He named who was going to be here before they got here so we knew who was going to be here. When they got here they checked in with me and they were polite and got right to business. They did what they said they would do in the timeframe they said they would do it in. I really did appreciate their services. We checked around for prices and they were right in the middle so they had good pricing. I would absolutely use them again.

These guys were great! Granted, we had a bit of a smaller job, but they completed all of it in two days! They were friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. We would definitely use them again/recommend to anyone.

Keith Vigil (owner) was very punctual, timely with his bids, great communication, friendly, honest , had attention to detail and most importantly did an excellent installation of the siding. I am so lucky to have "stumbled " across him (as he was completing a job for a neighbor down the street and I walked over to request a bid) . He and his crew did extra work for us and cleaned up at the construction site. I wish every contractor had the same professionalism. GS Construction visited the site and ensured they understood our requirements and needs. They provided a written contract, for our review, with a price and the work to be completed, as we agreed during their visit to the site. Polite, accommodating, and good at listening to what we wanted, and getting it right with no misunderstandings as to the details we described. We are extremely pleased with the result, and love the HardiBoard product - immune to woodpeckers, etc...and they are certified installers for this product. Highly recommend this company!

The company came out, gave me an estimate, a date and references. It was an exceptional experience. I did go and knock on doors of some of his previous customers. He was punctual, efficient, changed some things that I added. THe company allows for creativity, works with you on new ideas and the clean up was wonderful. I could not have had a better experience. The communication was great. If I had a question, I called or email and the reply was always the same day. The owner of the company, Keith, is great to work with. He is fair and honest.

Keith was very patient with the estimate process and determining start date, colors, and options. He was always available by phone and email to answer all questions and was timely in his response. Once the project began, Keith and his crew kept to timelines and were always in constant contact as to status of work and estimated completion. We were very pleased with how quickly work was completed and the high standards of work throughout the project. Neighbors even commented on the quality and craftsmanship as well as how professional and courteous the entire crew was during the project. After completion and final walk-around Keith made sure every minor issue was resolved, and even came back promptly four days after the project was complete to address one additional requested change. He was always willing to make any change or request right! I would highly recommend G.S Construction for any home project and plan to use them again in the near future for additional deck work.

Ken came out to do our repairs on a Sunday afternoon, which was wonderful. He arrived on time and was very professional. Once he looked at the damage, we discovered there was more work to be done, because of additional water damage. He explained everything that needed to be repaired, and was very knowledgeable with any questions that we had. He showed up on time, and was able to complete the work the same afternoon, which was wonderful, because we had terrible storms in the evening and didn’t want any additional damage. Ken was very professional with everything he did, and did a great job of cleaning up after. He also was able to keep all of the repairs near quote, which was nice because of the additional repairs. We would defiantly recommend this company, and will use them to repair some other siding that has rotted out on our house.

Working with G.S. Construction was a pleasure from start to finish. They did everything they said they would do and more. Workers were extremely polite, cheerful and friendly. The work was done VERY quickly while maintaining very high quality workmanship. We would engage them again in a second!

The service was great and the job was done professionally. Keith showed up ON TIME!. I almost hired him for that without even hearing the price. Keith's guy, Ken was thorough and even came to get me a few times to explain why things were happening. I was very pleased from start to finish.

We really enjoyed working with Keith and his crew. We have worked with many contractors in the past, and he and his crew are by far the nicest we've ever had. Keith is a good communicator. He is quick to respond by phone/text/email. The crew was flexible to last minute add-ons and changes. The job was scored almost perfect by a James Hardie representative. We initially were torn between choosing GS Construction and another popular siding contractor on Angie's List. We preferred Keith's laid-back demeanor and his willingness to go the extra mile. In the end, I am glad we hired GS Construction, and would hire them again if needed for other exterior projects.

The team arrived promptly and they did their work as scheduled. This was done with as little interruption to my life as could be possible. The project manager, Keith, was on site at all times. He and his team made sure that the job was completed successfully to very high standards (I am an engineer- therefore picky). The estimate was exact, the work was fantastic and completed on time. Ernest got back to me very quickly and sent someone out to do an estimate the same day. He provided a quote for the work needing to be done, and also suggested several options as to how to move forward. He offered alternative's so we could see a range of pricing options/materials/services. They were even able to fit us in on a Saturday! The job was completed in less than a day, and to the price quoted. The workmanship is beautiful and EXACT. This is no easy feat on such an old house. The guy doing the work (I apologize but I cannot remember his name) was super friendly, professional and worked non-stop. We can not be happier with the outcome and highly recommend this company to anyone. We will most definitely use them again.

I believe I've pretty well covered this question in my answer above, but in terms of how it went "overall", I doubt we could have done much better. Very satisfied with the work of GS Construction.
