 + -1 moreThe Realtor accompanied Chuck through the inspection. The inspection took over 2hrs and in that time he surveyed everything he could (retaining wall that goes onto neighbor property, roof, hvac, radon, fireplace, attic, all electrical outlets, etc). I received the inspection report the same day (no waiting). It was 54pages in length and blew away about everyone I showed it to. The amount of detail, with easy to see photographs showing results, made our decision about the house easy. Not only was the inspection thorough and detailed, but the report was pretty easy to follow. Chuck's work made our decision pretty easy, and probably saved us a lot of money.
Description of Work: Services included one home inspection report of a two story 2,500 square foot house Two radon reports (one kitchen for granite counter tops, one basement).
