+ -1 moreJerry was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained how the process worked and what he would and wouldn't include in the appraisal report. He asked if I had done any work to the home that wasn't readily visible that he should include on the report.
Description of Work: Needed an appraisal for a refinance mortgage on my home, contacted Jerry on recommendation of a friend.
