Fiber Clean

Excellent. We plan to use Fiber Clean for other services. This was actually our best experience taking advantage of an Angie's List offer.

I've used them more than once. They were really amazing and very, very caring. Rob lets you have a really good idea of what to expect. He is very, very dedicated.

Rob is very honest. After looking at my furniture, he called to tell me that the fabric is difficult to clean and that he could not guarantee results. I told him to go ahead, and it turned out so much better than I expected. My sofas looked almost brand new.

Rob Engerman is a terrific individual to work with -- prompt , courteous , and professional. As a retired Facility Manager I have worked with many , many service providers and the good, reliable , competent ones are very hard to find. I highly recommend Rob Engerman and Fiber Clean.

Overall, great. Carpets look amazing. Rob tried to clean one chair cushion as a test. He wasn't happy with the results, do I decided not to have the rest of the cushions cleaned. However, after the test cushion dried, I thought it looked good. I called Rob and he is coming back next week to clean all the cushions.

Rob Engerman is great!! He came to my home, explained everything to me, and showed me spots on my furniture that he might not be able to get out. I had a room with light gray carpet that was so spotted and filthy I was planning to replace it. There were some dark black spots on it that I couldn't identify and was measuring it for an estimate. He suggested that he try cleaning it and I thought there was no way but let him try it for only $35.00. He got the spots out, all the dirt out and the carpet looks brand new!! I couldn't believe it! And he's very friendly and personable and it was a very pleasant experience. My furniture looks great too! I couldn't be happier and am having him back to clean my upstairs carpet. I highly recommend him.

I prefer doing business with owner/operators. Rob is just that. Rob is very honest, delivers exactly what he promises, and is a salt-of-the earth person. He worked especially **** ** the tough stains; and was honest is stating that because the couch was so dirty, he used more water than usual so no getting on the couch for an entire 24 hours. He's won Angie's List awards for a couple years. I will use Rob repeatedly in the future.

It went fine. Rob was flexible in accommodating my changing schedule. Once he arrived, he was able to add additional work to what the coupon special was. He was also able to clean more than just area rugs and cleaned a recliner as well. In all, he cleaned 7 area rugs including a vintage Oriental rug. He gave me a quote for future work and was careful to set realistic expectations about the possible results.

It was great. I had him do other things while he was there, I liked him a lot. I really liked the guy. He was the guy that I think owns the company. He gave me a lot of information, he talked to me a lot about what products he uses and about why he chose the products specifically. He was informational, he was experienced, he was knowledgeable about it all. He was great.

Rob showed up on time and did an extremely thorough cleaning. He was careful to clear the area he would be walking through in our driveway of any leaves or dirt so he wouldn't track any in. He worked quickly and efficiently and walked us through when he was done. He had some concerns about coloration due to some old stains but after 24 hours they looked great. Rob is very personable and professional and we would hire Fiber Clean again.

Very good. Rob was fast and efficient and he was able to remove some nasty blood stains in our carpet. He was very accommodating to our needs.

He was professional and punctual. I added on some extras like a pet stain, which he cleaned well. The carpet smells and looks much better.

Did a wonderful job. This is the third time we have had our carpet cleaned and the first we have used Fiber Clean. This time by far is the best job to date. I will continue to use Rob in the future. We had 7 rooms cleaned for $595 and a protector coating on 5 of the rooms. In the past no furniture was move by the cleaning companies even though they assured us they would do so. Rob moved the pieces, cleaned the area and then moved the pieces back into position. I will highly recommend Fiber Clean to my family and friends.

The service provider arrived on time and presented himself in a very professional manner. The work was done quickly and efficiently, however it is important to note that Fiber Clean is a "one man show" so if you need furniture moved in order for him to get at the carpet, you will have to do the furniture moving yourself prior to the arrival of Fiber Clean. This was not an issue for us because this limitation was stated both in the Angie's List deal and also on the Fiber Clean website, so we planned accordingly and moved the furniture prior to the appointment. We purchased a deal from Angie's List to have 3 rooms cleaned for $99. Since we did have more carpeting to clean than the amount of square footage allotted for under the Angie's List deal we were expecting to pay an additional fee above and beyond the $99 already paid for the Angie's List deal. Again, this was my first time having the carpeting in the entire house cleaned so I was a bit surprised by the cost to clean & protect all of the carpeting. (NOTE: the Angie's List deal did not include the application of protectant). I am not saying the amount was inappropriate or excessive, it just surprised me how much extra cost was involved, so make sure you do your research ahead of time to determine the fair market value of carpet cleaning services so you are comfortable with the cost. I have no reason not to hire Fiber Clean in the future, except maybe for the price, but again when the time comes, I will make sure I get several quotes ahead of time to make sure pricing is within the prevailing market norms for this service.

Prompt and great service. The couches look great! Very professional service. Even gave a follow up call to see how everything dried and looked.
