Received a quick call when he was 30 minutes away, arrived on time and provided an all overall Angie's rate for total square footage we needed cleaned. Chatted with me about additional options to help protect my carpet going forward and help extend it's life. Very professional and while running the hoses throughout the house and up my staircases he placed protectors on the corners of the walls and along staircase. Very nice guy and will call him again when I decide to clean my area rugs. Definitely recommend Fiber Clean to everyone. If you're shopping for a carpet cleaner please give him a call and stop looking for other vendors and quotes. Again, Fiber Clean is top rated in my book.

Rob arrived on time, inspected the carpet to be cleaned, listened to my concerns about dirt and wear in high traffic areas, and provided what I thought was a reasonable estimate. He spent about 2 1/2 hours cleaning the carpet and applying a protector. Carpet looks outstanding and I am very happy with his service. Rob also left a bottle of spot remover and provided a pair of booties to avoid soiling the carpet while still damp. I will hire Rob again when carpets or upholstery need cleaning.

We're very happy with his work. He was here in late January of 2017. He did a lot so it was probably six, seven hundred bucks. I think it was just the one guy. It took him a day to do the work. He left the area clean when he was done. They got all the spots out, they were easy to deal with, and my wife was happy. You know, when your wife's happy, you're happy.

Jim, the owner, was immensely helpful, accommodating, and flexible in both the services he provided and the time he spent.

Both of my furniture came out great! It was the first time it was cleaned so it had lots of surface dust, pet hair and wear, but after the cleaning process, it almost looked brand new. I was highly pleased with the end result. I added scotch guard for extra cost of $75.00.

I was really impressed with Rob. He came a few minutes early, explained the process and took great care in the cleaning. We were in the end stages of a house renovation and Rob was very careful not to disturb anything with his equipment (putting up corner protectors, etc.). We will be using Fiber clean from now on and highly recommend them!
