Couldn't be happier with the job that Rob did on the carpets. Very thorough and professional! Definitely will use again.

Rob, owner is professional and does a superb job. Uses only top grade cleaning solutions so my house does not smell like chemicals after the carpets are cleaned. And, there is no fake floral or other fragrance left behind which had previously deterred me from most carpet cleaning companies. The other impresssive thing is that due to no residue being left in the carpet, it stays clean longer and doesn’t attract dirt. Important as I have lighter color carpeting.

Rob is amazing to work with. He is professional, knowledgeable and extremely good at what he does. He transformed my area rug from dull and dingy to bright and clean. He put a protective coat on and gave me a spot remover. I have already recommended him to two friends.

Fiber Clean did an excellent job. We have used them before. The owner does the work and is very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them. There are lots of carpet cleaners out there but it is not easy to find one who is so reliably good.

Our dog sits on our furniture and looks out the widow for people and dogs that walk by. Dog is not always clean. He gets the furniture dirty and we have to clean it from time to time. Fiber clean did good work, and he's a nice guy who takes the time to explain things.

Rob was great, even though the couch was a bit worn, he described what he could do and what he couldn't do very honestly. We went ahead with the work and he really went the extra mile to get us the best result possible. Wow, a lot of dust and gunk came out. We're very pleased.

Rob did an excellent job. We have a couple of dogs and a lot of traffic in and out and our carpets were pretty bad. Our basement carpet and stairway were worse. I wasn't even sure they could be cleaned, but Rob made it look easy. Everything cleaned up real well. He even called back the next day to see how the basement looked after it dried. I highly recommend him. Great guy to deal with too.

They were great. He was wonderful. In fact, I had him back out again. He was very good. He did not charge me any more than the $129, I don't think so. I thought the price was very fair. I had no problems. They did exactly what I wanted them to do. They met my criteria and qualifications. They came to do the work, and they were out of here quickly. They were professional.
