See above. Original appointment was a day earlier and he had to postpone due to an accident wherein someone backed up into his truck in an apartment parking lot (not his fault!). He was nice enough to come out on a Sunday morning to get the job done for me, since the rooms had been prepared and he felt bad for the delay, even though that was out of his control! Thanks Rob!!

We purchased a big deal for the service, and he did a great job. He was expensive. He charged me a lot on top of what I paid because I had a lot of pet stains. He does a great job, but don't expect bottom dollar deals, I got what I paid for.

Technician was very courteous, prompt and knowledgable. My one complaint is that he didn't move the furniture to clean in those areas.

Rob Engerman is very courteous, thorough and professional. Every contact prior to his arrival was efficient. Arrived on time, explained his process, and I asked what it would cost to add on cleaning the carpet on basement stairs. This was additional work not included in the original offer. We agreed on an additional price, he protected the corners of my walls from the hoses, was careful with my baseboards and did a very good job. I was concerned that the process would leave behind the typical cleaning smell, which I do not tolerate well. Fiber Clean's process left no lingering odors and the sprayed on protector also had no smell. I was very happy about that. Shows that he uses quality products Later that day, Rob called to see if everything was ok with the job. Then I received a handwritten thank you note in the mail. GREAT service and I will recommend Rob to anyone needing good carpet cleaning.

Fiber Clean's work was fine. He called ahead to verify his appointments then called to confirm the day before. He explained his cost and services. I waited a couple of weeks.

He worked hard and I've had no problem whatsoever. He did indicate that if I use him in the future to clean other rooms that the price would be a lot higher and of course, I understood that. However, he wanted to make that clear to me and left me with a small bottle of spot cleaner for the carpet.

Rolo was on time, professional and friendly we have used him several times and are always happy with results. Our carpets look new again!

Rob did a great job. He told me he may not be able to get a few spots out, but he did. He warned about using stain removers before using because of my guide dog, but marked off the area for me very well. Since I am blind and was unable to verify that the job was perfect, he called the next day to see what my roomate had to say after work. Nothing short of fantastic. Great guy!

I had purchased the Angie's list coupon for up to 450 sq feet of cleaning for $79.00. Robert was very prompt to return my email and was able to schedule me very quickly (which I appreciated). He arrived promptly at the appointment time. The quality of the work seems good and Robert did ask us to call if any of the stains returned. My only concern was the total cost of the work. The coupon did not cover stairs (which I knew) at $85, nor the cost of the antimicrobial ($50) and deodorizer ($50). I guess I had hoped that since the area cleaned was significantly less than the maximum covered by the coupon, that perhaps there might have been a slight break in any of the other services. However, Robert did provide costs upfront when he arrived and I was fully informed. I declined the protectant as this was a significant extra cost. I have had other providers do this same area, with the same services and a quality experience for approximately $75 less. I'm not sure if I would use him again because of the cost. It will depend on how well the extra treatments work.

I have a rental property where the carpet takes some abuse. The carpets look great when he's finished. I've used his service 3 times in the last 4 years. I've been very happy each time. He is reasonably priced and usually can get to my property within 3 days.
