It went great! Ron was very good about explaining how he would go about it. It only took about an hour, and looked super. Much brighter than it was before. My sofa is extra large with an ottoman, and Ron took care of them both. He advised we not use either until they dried. It didn't take too long to dry as he had removed most of the water from the steamer.

Rob was amazing. We walked the area and he gave affordable recommendations to keep our carpet looking nice.

Rob was very punctual, polite and professional. He assessed the items to be cleaned, explained the process he would use, and gave a reasonable estimate for the work to be done. Once we agreed on the price, he began the job and worked over 2 hours to complete it. The sofa and chaise looked clean and bright, and the area rug looked great, too. He applied a protectorant on both the sofa and carpet and even gave us a bottle of upholstery spot remover. We had to wait a few hours for everything to be completely dry (no problem) , and we are very satisfied with the results. Rob called the next day to make sure that everything was OK. He assured us that if there were any problems, he would return and address them. I would highly recommend him.

Rob was on time, looked at everything, brought in a florescent light to look for the urine stains (that was shocking!) and then gave me his recommendation for cleaning and treatment. He applied a anti-microbial spray to the family room and let it soak while he worked on my daughter's room. He was concerned about her carpet and told me that makeup was often a permanent stain. However, he was able to get ALL of the makeup out and that room (white carpet) cleaned up nicely. Then he went back to the family room and cleaned it at a very high temperature. It's been a week since he was here and I'm very happy to say that the odor from the urine is gone. It's been very hot over the past week and that's when the smell is particularly acute. I haven't smelled anything. He was in and out in 2 hours and the cost was extremely fair for the service provided. I will definitely call Rob again when I need carpet cleaning.

Rob cleaned all the carpet in my home. He was prompt, efficient, friendly and did a great job!! He also discussed different types of carpet with me when I asked about the type of carpet he would recommend should we decide to recarpet in the future. In addition to cleaning the carpet he also applied a recommended protective coating/soil resister (included in the price charged). We will definitely call Rob again for any future cleaning.

I contacted Rob the morning of June 16th after discovering that my dog had been sick and had pooped all over the downstairs carpets, which are less than a year old. My regular carpet cleaner said the soonest they could get me in was Tuesday of the following week, so I was desperate to find someone to come sooner. I called Rob and left a message, which he returned promptly and agreed to come out within a few hours. Rob was up front about the chances of removing the stain (maybe) and the odor. He did a thorough job of explaining the processes and treatments he recommended. I decided to have him clean, deodorize and stain-protect the carpets. He took his time and gave the stained areas particular attention. He advised me that the stains would continue to lighten over time and to let him know how that progressed. Rob contacted me again a day or two later and when he heard that the stains had not fully disappeared, he came back and treated them again. Repeat once more for a total of 3 visits, and the carpet looks new again. It's so rare to find a company so dedicated to customer satisfaction. I couldn't be happier with this company's work ethic and quality. We have a new go-to company to care for our carpets and will call on Rob when we need furniture and rugs cleaned as well.

Rob was pleasant, and very punctual. He examined my rugs, explained how he would clean them and went to work. The rugs look great, certainly as good as they look after being cleaned by previous companies who took much longer and charged much more.

What an incredible job! I had an emergency situation. The owner met me at the house, he was very honest about what he could and couldn't do. I am so pleased with this provider I even got his cards and will be recommending him to all of my family and friends.

Rob called me right away and he was able to get us in in just a few days due to a cancellation. He showed up on time and gave us an estimate that we thought was very reasonable. He cleaned three small rooms, a hallway, 12 stairs and an area rug. We also had him add the extra chemicals for pet smells as we were dealing with dog urine in several areas. He is very knowledgeable. He was very efficient and the house smells and looks wonderful. The area rug is also bright and clean - like new. Rob is very personable and delivered excellent customer service. We are so grateful to now have this company in our back pocket for future cleanings.

The owner of this company does all the work himself and was very punctual, extremely courteous, very professional by explaining what he could do and what he couldn't do. He took his time clean the carpet very carefully and as he went along he explained what and why he was doing. He asked if we wanted furniture leg protectors on all our things and asked if he can move our furniture so he could clean under them. He replaced what was moved back to the original position. His billing was very reasonable for the work involved. After the work was completed, we were given several brochures explaining carpet cleaning and various tips to keeping our carpet clean. We really can't say enough good things about this company or the owner for that matter. If in your survey you had a spot for extremely outstanding performance we would mark that box. We highly recommend this company to anyone needing carpet cleaning!!!!!

He was great. He was very adaptable to what I was trying to accomplish. He was extremely knowledgeable, lovely and he works quickly. He is the owner of the business so I felt that he was pretty adjusted in making sure that we were successful.

Outstanding. Rob did an excellent job and I recommend his work very highly. He arrived on time and was very professional as well as personable. He worked very efficiently and took care to ensure the work was done well, and that all of the fabrics and carpets tolerated the cleaning well. He takes pride in his good work and followed up well to ensure I had no issues or problems.

They did a great job. I liked that the owner was out doing the work himself. He went into detail about what he was going to do and he showed me the results, which were fantastic! Scheduling was fine; there was just an issue with our messaging through Angie’s List but I was able to call them and get a date scheduled.

It was fine. He had come and I've been in touch with him since then. There were no extra charges beyond the big deal amount. They're very good.

That service turned out well. I had him also clean the stairs too and I paid $130 total. He cleaned the kitchen, the basement living room and a living room pathway. He brought all his own supplies and cleaning equipment. He was friendly and personable. My husband and I liked him immediately.
