Description of Work: He honored the BigDeal special i purchased with them even though there was a communication issue that delayed the process, HE did the work and it went great, he was very pleasant to work with and he was fast. the price was fair, i feal that he did a really good service job. Description of Work: Rob did an excellent job on my carpet. We have had about a year and a half of work done inside our house and of course the carpet took a beating. When I called Rob, he answered and was very courteous, professional, and flexible in setting up an appointment. When he arrived he was a bit early and went to work in a very efficient and professional manner. One can tell that he has done this work for a long time and knew exactly where to start and what to do. He cleaned our den, the living room and hallway. After he finished we had him apply a protectant. I will call Rob again in the future for any floor cleaning. He is professional, explained exactly what he was doing and why, is courteous and very respectful of our wishes and our house.
