They are very responsive and take care of what is requested immediately. I love this company and use their lawn mowing company that they suggested throughout the year. My neighbor turned me on to this company as she uses their services as well. You can't go wrong with Erbert Lawns in combination with Mow Time for all of your landscape needs.

Great! Services were performed on schedule, signs posted alerting neighborhood children to stay off the lawn, and a follow-up treatment was done at no cost when a couple of thistles appeared in the treated area. Great experience!

My lawn is the greenest it has ever been thanks to this company!

Well, the problem that we kind of had and they took care of it. Initially, we made the appointment, and we told them how large the yard was, but I guess it didn't transfer to them. So, when they came out, they weren't able to do the whole yard, the front, and the back. So, they gave us an extra treatment for the front. So, it worked out. We wanted the back and the front done, and they said it would cost a fortune to do our backyard because it was so big. So, I guess the initial setup they did not understand the square footage. That was a little bit disappointing. They ended up giving some extra service on the front lawn just because they weren't able to do the whole thing. They should just make sure they understand they know exactly what they're doing. I would use them again because they did try to correct what happened.The only reason they didn't get an A from me because even though they did that which is great, we weren't able to get the full front and back done even though they did help us out. They need to know exactly what the square footage that you're doing.

All services were done very well and very responsive.

The lawn looks better and the weeds are under control.

They refused to honor the offer saying that my lot was too big even though I told them the yard was much smaller.

I think that ERBERT LAWNS is being unfair in offering this deal. They are pricing on the size of the lot and not the lawn. I have 9000 sq. ft. of lawn. They will not honor the offer because the actual lot size is approximately 21000 sq. ft.

They gave good service. They did what they said they’d do. It was good.

Edging was sloppy. Decorative rocks left scattered and dislodged along side of stepping stones on north side of house. Stepping stones were dislodged from having the mower drug on top of them, and not replaced. Undecided if I will use them next season.

Very well. We had very few weeds and will plan to use them again.

Not good. Called on Thursday, 8/4 and spoke to Taylor who took down my address, looked at photos to determine costs to mow/weed & fertilize and gave me an estimate. She then said that their team would be in my neighborhood that day and she would call me back to confirm whether they could take care of my lawn. She didn't call and I didn't know if they stopped by so I called on Friday. I was told they had no record of me/my address and that someone would check with Taylor and call back. No call and it is now the 9th. And strange too since my neighbor uses and recommends them.

So far, they’ve been pretty good.

The service was good. They came out about five weeks ago and they came on a Sunday for the second. Some of the things are out of their control. So, they probably just do what they intend to do. They were fine.

The cost is $26 per week to mow a quarter of an acre. We started using them in August 2013. They always showed up on time and did the job. I plan to hire them again for next season

Overall I'm satisfied with the weekly lawn mowing, but it IS a little "choppy". I called a the office regarding the appearance, stating that it looked like the kind of cut one gets with a dull mower blade - i.e. irregular ragged cut that are more a tearing of the grass blade than a clean cut. i was assured that they start each morning with a freshly sharpened blade, but i guess by the time they reach me in the afternoon the blade must have had some rough encounters.

They are flexible if the schedule needs to change. About 90% of the time, they arrive when they say they will, though some days, they are late or early.

We contacted this company to mow our lawn which--due to a broken mower--had grown quite long. The woman who answered the phone for the company told us we were definitely in their service area and that they handled several of our neighbors. She insisted the length of the lawn wouldn't be a problem and they just might have to charge us more the first time they mowed it. We said we understood and agreed to hire them. Two of them showed up on a Friday and began to mow the lawn. After mowing two small strips of our lawn the workers left. We came home to a message on our answering machine from the representative we had first spoken to. In her message she stated that: A) it began to rain, B) the job was bigger than expected and, C) actually, she just discovered we weren' really in their service area. She then stated that we "wouldn't be charged" for the work completed. The work completed was approximately one fiftieth of our lawn. I called the company back and left a message the next day. I stated that I found it difficult to believe that a reputable company would walk away from a job after starting it. I reiterated the reasons that had been given to us over the phone and mentioned it sounded strange that we had been given three separate reasons for them walking off the job. I told them if the job was bigger than they thought we would be willing to negotiate the price. Finally, I asked that a manager or owner call us back to discuss what had happened. It has been two weeks since my phone call and they have not responded. Today we received a postcard advertising the company and offering to give us a quote on lawn maintenance. I ask you, if we are not in their service area, why are they trying to get our business? This company is ridiculous. BTW, I have audio recordings of both messages to back up all claims.

I've used them for three years and I've never had to call them to find out where they are, they always are here when they're supposed to. If it rains, they come out the following day. Their pricing is comperable to other services. I'll conintue to use them.

THE MAINTENANCE MEN DO THEIR JOBS QUICKLY. THEY ALWAYS CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY ARE ALSO VERY GOOD AT MAKING SURE ALL THE DOORS AND GATES ARE CLOSED BEFORE LEAVING. THEY ARE ALSO MINDFUL OF FLOWERS AND PETS.
