My experience with them was not well. The guy came out and it seemed like it took him a while to get here actually. He did submit a bid via email maybe a week later. In our opinion, it was extremely high. I don't know if he really understood the scope of the work that we wanted done. There was no follow-up after and we didn't respond either. He seemed nice and professional. He arrived on time for the appointment.

We had several estimates for the work that we wanted to have done but Peter from elite gave us suggestions that we liked and made more sense than some of the other people that we spoke with. We were told that it would take five to six days for completion. The entire job was done in five days. They showed up when he said they would and was there every day after on time. I was home the whole time and as I had questions they were answered to my satisfaction plus there were sprinkler heads that I wanted moved as the work progressed and that was done as well at no charge. They worked efficiently and cleaned up real good plus they laid sod along the retaining wall which I was not expecting. The entire job ended up looking nicer than I had pictured.
