Michael showed up right on time. He prepped the area on Thursday laying down plastic and blankets, removing the old tiles, and preparing the floor. Then on Friday he installed everything. It looks fantastic. He was also very considerate wanting to save us as much money as possible without cutting corners. I am very pleased with his work, and how professional he was. I already am in the works to have him do my other bathroom in July

He's an awesome guy. He's independent. He's does very clean work. Very easy to work with. We've used multiple different projects. His tile work is unbelievable as well. Very very reasonable. We would highly recommend him.

We could not be more satisfied with Mike's work. He provided an initial site visit and followed it up with an estimate that matched his verbal quote. He explained the process, what he would do, when he would do it, and offered alternatives for us to consider. He paced his work out very well and completed the project on time. He cleaned up after himself and made sure his tools and equipment were out of the way at the end of each day (important because we have small kids). Bottom line, he was professional, punctual. respectful of our home, and completed the job to our standards.

He gave good advice about the layout and the floor looks beautiful. As experienced tilers ourselves (who hired this out so our kitchen was out of commission for the least amount of time possible) we had some debate about how to complete installation. We deferred to Michael's judgement and are pleased with the outcome. He handled our problems very professionally. The $1,500 may not be accurate, as I'm not sure how much we spent anymore! But I did get several quotes and Michael offered the best price for the quality we needed.

Mike described what he would do and when and made very helpful suggestions. His price was very competitive and his work was very good.

He was very good and excellent. He kept the areas clean. Overall excellent work for a very fair price.

Michael came on time, and described clearly what he proposed to do in a written estimate. He was careful with walls and cupboards close to work area. He arranged his work schedue for minimum impact on our usage of bathroom. He finished work on schedule.

Michael Arrived on time every day - He explained exactly what he would be doing every day and he did what he said he would - his work is excellent and he was very respectful of our home and our needs - his prices for everything he did were very fair I would not hesitate to use Michael's services again or to recommend him to anyone - in fact, I already have him scheduled to do some other work next week and possibly some more after that - Michael was very professional, friendly, and punctual - I also felt like I could trust him alone in my home

Michael's bid was similar to other people I contacted, but I choose Michael because he seemed experienced, knowlegable, and straightforward. He was adaptable when some of the flooring materials (ordered from home depot) were lost by home depot, and had to be reordered. Michael was professional and friendly. He always showed up on time and communicated well about job options, issues, and scheduling. The quality of flooring intallation was excellent and the results look great. Some of corners where peices of the new baseboad meet are not very precise (which is admittedly very hard to do and noone other than me will probably ever notice) -- this is the only reason I gave a quality rating of "B" rather than "A".

Possibly due to the results of a 6 year old playing with a hammer on my kitchen floor, there was a big chip in one of the stone tiles. Michael came to take a look, thinking he was going to have to replace the whole tile - which might have been a problem because I don't have any extra tiles. However, when he saw that I still had the piece of cracked tile that had broken off, he was able to use some grout and just fix the tile itself. Because the stone has so many colors the grout just blends in with the rest of the stone tile. This saved me quite a bit of money.

I am always pleased with Mike's work. He is honest and very reputable. His prices are fair. I recommend his company highly.
