Description of Work: After purchasing the "big Deal" coupon, within a couple of days I received a call from the company to thank me for purchasing the coupon and asking if I wanted to schedule a time. For me this started out being excellent service! I scheduled an appointment for the following week and Jason arrived promptly. The dryer vent had not been cleaned for some time and he explained that it wasnt that bad however, regular cleaning couold help to prevent clogs as well as fires plus it would keep a more efficient clean dryer for years.The cleaning job took approximately 1 hour and he ensured the area was clean of all dust and dirt when he left. This was a valuable service worth taking the time do do and the coupon price made it all the better! Jason....job well done :-)

Great job!
Description of Work: Jason was great! I had another company attempt to clean my vent system a few months ago and they did a completely sub-par job and I ended up duct taping the system together (wrong) just to keep it functional. Jason came in, looked at the previous work, provided a quote AND fixed it in very little time with better materials. Would definitely recommend this service. Thanks!

Overall it well, all my expectations were met.
Description of Work: Jason arrived on time and thoroughly cleaned out our dryer vent completely. We had previously cleaned it ourselves but apparently didn't reach all the way into a corner that was completely blocked from lint buildup. He removed the debris, cleaned all around our dryer, reattached the hose, cleaned the duct from the outside, performed a pressure test to ensure airflow was complete and set the dryer back up for use. He was here for about 45 minutes. Great job, great service and friendly.
