Dan was a huge help getting my condo set up - he was cost conscious by asking me to pick up key supplies before he arrived and did a great job mounting my TV, fixing my running toilet, sink leak, patched a few walls and even unclogged my bath tub drain. He also explained to me in easy to understand detail how to properly use my new entertainment setup... without me asking. I really appreciated his proactive, detail oriented approach and will be looking to use him again soon for some small remodeling.
