Derek Blea's estimator/sales rep Eric was extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough and polite in helping us understand all about the re-roofing process. Eric made the initial hail damage assessment on 10-21-13 and then coordinated with Derek on the job cost estimate. Derek coordinated with the insurance claims adjustor who came on 10-31-13. Derek brought shingle samples and his cost estimate about 11-8-13 which I agreed to. Snow storms slowed down their progress on other projects. Derek and his team arrived early and stayed late to get the job done on 11-27-13. The team were very professional and polite. I have had no issues with the process or results. Derek worked with the insurance claims agent to reduce my out of pocket cost significantly. I paid him the final settlement cost on 12-21-13. The whole process went smoothly and I highly recommend Derek and his Del Sol team.
