+ -1 moreThey immediately called us back and sent someone over. When the technician removed the part, he left another part hanging which then caught on our door and bent it. When the tech. and the owner found out, it was immediately corrected. There were no questions asked. It was handled automatically with the expectation that we would be very happy. This is why people prefer to use small businesses rather than the big boys.
Description of Work: Our garage door stopped working and we needed it to be fixed as quickly as possible.
