It's been so long I don't remember when all of this was set up, it's been at least 6 months and I have never heard back from him.
Description of Work: I needed network service, provider showed up, I set him up as an IT contact to load an SSL certificate into my firewall.

I apologize that you had a bad experience, but I have gone through my customer records and you are not listed in there. So I do not believe I was the person you had out to your location. There used to be another Computer Troubleshooter Franchise in Englewood, but they went out of business a few years ago. That may be the company you had the bad experience with.

The fan in my Toshiba Satellite A665 laptop died on 6/25/2012. That afternoon, having recently moved to Littleton, Co I consulted Angie's List & found Carl Johnson's Computer Troubleshooters of W. Littleton. His business came highly recommended. I called the listed phone number & left a message. My call was returned in very short order. I elected to deliver the computer to the pick-up site on W. Cross Dr. early morning on 6/26/2012. My computer was fixed & delivered to my home by noon on 6/27/2012. Carl was courteous & friendly. The service was prompt & reasonably priced. I would recommend Carl & would used him again.
Description of Work: The fan in my Toshiba laptop died & needed to be replaced.
