Adam and his team were very professional. The quote was very reasonable, the work was done completely on schedule and the communication was excellent. His group even installed (for free) a couple of extra thresholds not included in the original estimate. They were completely flexible to perform the job on our terms, in two phases to make it more manageable for us. We had one issue with a threshold and they returned in a very timely fashion and repaired it right away! Very responsive and professional group - we would definitely recommend and were quite pleased wit the work.

It went pretty smoothly, I wasn't familiar with this product, so familiarizing ourselves was somewhat arduous. Adam did a great job of helping us pick out the right color and product.

Our new floors look amazing. They fixed problem spots where the sub floor was uneven and many other details. They also did some custom work on the steps to match. Great to work with. Highly recommended!

It went great. They were here when promised and finished when promised and did a fantastic job. We went through Adam Frank and David and Juan did the actual job. They were great! Very professional, courteous, and the end result was fantastic! You could tell they took great pride in their work and wanted to make everything look perfect. Which we very much appreciated. The area that we added was puzzled in to the existing floor and you couldn't even tell that it was an addition. That good! We would highly recommend this company and David did an exceptional job...and we're really picky!

The initial consultation went well Adam was on time and professional, although he was not the least expensive I choose him because of the referrals on Angies List. Work started on time on the date promised, the following two days employees were late and only one hand showed up day 2, day 3 required another phone call to Adam to find out where his hands were. Day 4 went well hands on time and completed project.The quality of work was good, I was disappointed in the customer service and zero follow up by Adam who in my eyes is the person who I entered into this agreement with. Adam never showed up to inspect the quality of work and never called to see if we were satisfied. I am not sure if I will use there services for my other floors. All and all I would say they are a solid B

Adam was professional, timely and great to work with. He and his team were always on schedule and met a pretty fast schedule involving working around other trades. The final product was great and the floor pattern is unique and gets lots of comments. I would highly recommend Adam and his firm to anyone.

The project was a huge success. The workmen showed up on time and did a beautiful job. The project took the exact amount of time I was told it would take. The workmen were professional and hard working. They treated my home with care and respect, even though we were out of town for part of the project. The stairs in particular are a work of art. The owner was easy to get in touch with and responded promptly to all questions. I would enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone. Great Job!!

It went fabulous. We emailed Adam after receiving three other quotes. Adam's bid was under the rest, and in a shorter time frame. From the time the wood arrived in our home, to the time that David and crew arrived, to the time that the work was finished, we were happy customers. Denver Hardwood delivered our floor in a timely manner. The man who brought the flooring in our house was respectful and prompt. David and crew were great, and we appreciated their conscientious effort in cleaning up around themselves before leaving for the day, and getting a "plan for the day" each morning. When we experienced a minor setback (involving a plumber's mistake), Adam and David were quick to help, and were flexible in working around the setback. Had this setback not occurred, our floors would have been completed in a very short amount of time. Due to the plumber's error, we did not get our floors completed for a couple of days later than scheduled. When we had questions, Adam was prompt in answering them. I especially appreciate David, who was very responsive and friendly. The rest of the team was a pleasure to work with. The final product is amazing, and we are so happy to have beautiful hardwood floors. I would definitely recommend Complete Flooring, and would not hesitate to hire them again in the future.

Installed approximately 1000 sq ft of hardwood flooring over concrete. ?Removed and discarded existing carpet.?

Adam came out to give us an estimate; we discussed the floor refinishing and spent most of the time talking abut the issue of dust from the project and how to protect the cabinets and living room. My understanding was that they would tape off the cupboards and cabinets; we specifically discussed the pantry, where he said if we removed the items on the floor, they would tape off the six shelves on each side of the room. Actually, they never taped off the pantry, and when the project was finished, we had to remove each of the cans, boxes, glassware, spices, etc. and wipe off each one. The untaped cabinets were full of dust. They moved the furniture into our living room and entryway, and although they did some taping, it kept coming loose, and everything we moved to the living room and entry was covered with dust including artwork and framed photos. The upholstered furniture needed vacuuming. By the last day (Thursday), I could see we were facing a lot of cleanup in the living room/entry, but the floors were wet when they finished and we couldn't enter the rooms they worked on; we left that afternoon for a short trip and returned Saturday morning to discover the dust in the kitchen areas. The first day only one worker showed up (another turned up for part of the time) and they left about noon. The next day only one worker was here all day. The floors look great, and if they had spent a few more hours taping, they would have had a happy customer, because the few areas they taped were absolutely clean. When I talked with Adam on Monday, he said he could send over a cleaning crew, but we couldn't stand the mess over the weekend, and once we started, we kept going until it was cleaned up. Adam said he didn't realize we wanted that much taping; are there customers who are indifferent to dust and dirt in their cabinets and on their furniture?

All of the upfront work, including scheduling, contract, etc. was done through Adam Frank. All done timely; Adam was informative and easy to work with.Although several contractors were used, the vast majority of the work was done by David (the on-site supervisor), and Juan. Both David and Juan did professional work. Their work was so good, and they were so easy to work with, that we cannot imagine using anyone else to do our flooring in the future. Highly recommend this company!

I would not have known that I had oak hardwood floors under my carpet had it not been for my puppy who decided to pull part of the carpet up for me. My house was built in the '60s and I would guess they have had carpet over the hardwoods since the '70s. I think the floors look great! There were a couple spots that were stained from pet urine and Adam explained that they might not be able to get that out. They don't seem noticeable at all.The crew worked hard and did the best they could to keep the disturbance to a minimum. I thought their prices were competitive and Adam was able to come to my house and give me a quote. He also came by during the job to check on everything. I think the floors turned out great considering the time they were covered with carpeting and we didn't know what condition they were in until all the carpet was pulled up. They look brand new!

I sought out three companies to bid refinishing my hardwood floors and adding additional hardwood flooring. The owner of Complete Flooring, Adam Frank came out and bid the project. I immediately liked his professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail. His was not the cheapest bid, but I felt the most comfortable that he would perform the job to my satisfaction. Right before Adam was to start the project, I called him to add significantly more additional hardwood square footage. Adam was very accommodating and still was able to start the project on the agreed date. His project manager is David who also is very pleasant and eager to complete the work properly. They used about five different technicians to complete the work. Some of them spoke no English, but they always had someone on the crew who did. They were all very respectful and very hard diligent workers who rarely took a break. The job took a little longer to complete than anticipated, but in fairness that was mostly caused by my request for additional work. The floors turned out fantastic and I am very pleased with the results. The refinishing looks great and and the new additions were added seamlessly to produce a beautiful result. Everyone who has seen them immediately comments on how beautiful they look.Having hardwood floors refinished is a very difficult challenging project to go through as a homeowner and Adam made sure that it went as smoothly as possible. Throughout the entire project, Adam was always very accommodating and responsive to any concerns and questions that I had. I have no hesitations in recommending Adam Frank and Complete Flooring for any hardwood flooring project and will continue to use him in the future.

The installation by Complete Flooring was a little bit longer than I had expected and it is mostly done in 5 days and it took them about 8 days, but it look gorgeous.

They did very good work. I highly recommend them. They did good quality work and it was done within the time frame that they said it would be done. Their price was a little bit on the high side, but that was okay.

They were professional. They did a good job. They explained what I needed. I just haven't done it yet, I wasn't ready to do the carpets.

A crew from Complete Flooring -- David and James -- restored badly worn and discolored hardwood floors in our kitchen and breakfast area, to the point that they now look newly-installed. In response to my concern about wood dust, they enclosed the work area with plastic sheeting. But as they predicted, hardly any dust escaped their sanders' vacuum attachments. David and James showed up on time, finished on schedule, and were personable and responsive to questions and concerns as the job progressed. Around the perimeter of these two rooms, the sanders needed to access baseboard areas did remove a thin line of paint from the bottom edge of some of the quarter-round strips bordering the baseboards. When notified, owner Adam Frank came by, and followed up by having a capable painter correct the problem. We are completely satisfied with the work Complete Flooring did for us, and can recommend this company to others.

It did not go well. They did not buff it correctly or enough the first time and put the bone finish on top. Now the finish is peeling. I asked them to start over and re-sand the floors and they would not. I had an inspector come and look at the job and he told me that it was not done properly the first time and that is why it is peeling. I then asked Adam from Complete Flooring to come and look and he told me that it was normal for the peeling to be happening.

The company told me what they were going to do, and did what they said they'd do. Other companies tried to talk me into buying additional materials and services. Even when giving Complete Flooring the opportunity to sell those same services, no attempt was made to do so. When an unexpected situation arose, they worked with it and did not try to change the deal. They started the job as promised and completed early by one day. They stayed on the job to completion. Dave the installer was terrific. The team including Adam was involved to produce a super product. They did not leave until I was satisfied with the job. They cleaned up to my satisfaction. I could not give a higher rating.

The project was to remove bamboo flooring on the first floor and stairs and replace the flooring with slate tile in the kitchen and entry way and red oak hardwoor flooring in the main room and up the stairs. I had a great experience with Complete Flooring!! Adam promptly returned my initial call to request a quote and was on time for the estimate. He gave me the estimate that same day. His estimated was $1,000 lower then the second company. Adam was fantastic in answering all my questions before I made a decision on who to select. The work was scheduled and completed on time. The crew working at the loft was very professional and didn't mind it when I stopped by to see the daily progress. The foreman on the job also provided some helpful suggestions on stain color that would match nicely with the color in the slate tile in the kitchen and entry way. The job was completed on time and for the proposed budget. I will definitely use them again in the future when I complete the second story of the loft.

The work was done when scheduled. Adam (the owner) was very helpful when we selected materials and designs. The hardwood installers were very professional. They did a good job of leaving things tidy each night, and they left evering fairly clean at the end. They contacted me when some of my desing ideas didn't work (because walls didn't line up the way I thought they did), and made sure I liked their solutions before proceeding. I never met the stone installer because he was able to finish the small project before I got home from work. Both the wood and stone look great. I will definitely contact them again if I want any more wood or tile flooring installed.
