John Jones is a one man show.He does the bids, removes old blinds, and puts up the new ones. He is a Veteran and will hall off your old blinds and donates them the the American Veterans/Wounded Worriers.His pricing is comparable to the bigger blind companies but what you get with John is so much more. All the other blind sellers told me it would be up to 30 days to ge the blinds and then I would have to make an appointment to have them installed at their convenience. John had my blinds in 7 days. I was having the entire interior of my house painted at the same time and John came and hung the blinds when ever I called him and told him a new room or rooms were painted and ready for blinds.When you hire John Jones you get great service, personal attention and integrity plus he is a lovely kind man and a pleasure to have in your home. We as a family try to support the local Mom & Pop type businesses and Colorado Best Buy Shutters and Blinds is a shinning example of That. So, If you are looking for all the things I described above This is the company/Man for the job!

We were leary about the amount of the down payment. But John did'nt pressure us. He gave us plenty of time to make an informed decision. He promised to keep us informed and provide us with all paperwork for the purchases from the manufacturer. He followed through on every promise. We feel he did everythig possible to make sure we were happy with his business. We wanted plantation shutters and draperies for our living room/dining room and after working with two other businesses we were more confused than ever. John addressed the style and installation options even before we were sure we would go through with the deal. He showed us all options for installing the shutters and explained what problems might arise during installation. He made sure we understood every phase of the purchase and installation. It was a pleasurs to work with John and will happily work with him again in the future.

The Owner John Jones came several times to allow me to pick out exactly what I wanted. He brought lots of samples, provided me with lots of options and didn't pressure me at all. He worked up prices for me using various options so I had the opportunity to figure out exactly what my different choices would cost with several variations. John also does all the install work himself and was very careful and very concerned about me being totally happy with my purchase. He may appear a little 'rough around the edges' but he gives great service, provides a great product and does not apply any pressure. His follow up and responsiveness is outstanding. He does require a larger than usual deposit, but I highly recommend him and his company and will use him again when I want more blinds or shutters.

Being that there were no reviews for Colorado Best Buy Shutters and Blinds we were very hesitant to contract with John the owner and installer. We were most certainly glad that we chose to go with his company seeing how everything turned out wonderfully. This company does not advertise with all the flash bang and alure that some of the other companies used to pull in customers, but provides exactly the same products and in my opinion some of the best customer service available. John not only had some of the best prices around but he also had the shortest wait time for ordering and installed the blinds right when they came in whether it was one set at a time or 3 or 4 sets he was here next day installing. Throughout the process he also updated us on when he expected the blinds arrivals and began installation literally the next day after they arrived. We could not be happier with our new blinds and the service John provided. I wish there had been more reviews online talking about his excellent work and hope this review serves as a basis point for others to use Colorado Best Buy Shutters and Blinds.
