 + -1 moreThe project did not go well at all. Even though all of the caissons were already in place, the project had to be stopped and re-worked several times. The workmanship was sloppy, out of level, out of square, and when I pointed out problems, the carpenters were rude and arrogant. By the end I was getting threatening phone calls from the sub-contractors demanding money. The deck is barely a week old and already the railings are coming loose, requiring still more re-work. Even though this company came very highly recommended from two sources that I trust, I had a VERY bad experience with them.
Description of Work: Their crew built a simple 700 square foot redwood deck as part of an addition to our mountain home. The supervisor had to visit three times to make corrections to shoddy work. After less than two weeks, the railings are already coming loose. Once we signed the deal, the job was sub-ed out and the owner stopped returning my calls.
