The 1 st couple of weeks went ok. After that things went down hill quickly. I soon found out that Craig was on work release from Douglas County Jail and in turn the Professionals we thought we hired to help Craig were infact fellow jail birds Craig was recruiting to work for him, these individuals had no skill what so ever. Remember, we were paying Craig 4 to 5 Thousand dollars per week for 5 professionals we thought.. The qualityof work was horrendous at best, we ended up firing Craig and hired another Contractor to fix a lot of Craig's screw ups. We paid Craig's company AROUND $30000 in labor alone another $45000 -$50000 for materials and then another $10000 to the contractor Norton Remodeling to repair Craig's mistakes, in fact Norton Remodeling called Craig's work atrocious at best, we took pictures to document all of Craigs work.. Some of the highlights of Castle Developers mistakes included, installation of flammable lighting in the ceiling, installation of kitchen cabinets over a live junction box in wall, not properly securing the cabinets to the wall, installing the laminate floors and the scratching them up because he installed them to soon, not installing the dishwasher or stove properly and in an unsafe manner. Not properly installing the granite counters to the cabinets. They ran the water line to the refrigerator, they ran the line on top of the floor because they said they couldn't do it underneath?? Installation of the glass sliders doors were atrocious, no borders were installed around frame around glass door, sketchy paint work, sub par texturing work round all doors and windows. The master bath included installing and buidling a 5 ft shower with glass block. The pan he poured for the shower was done incorrectly, the glass block install was horrible and messy. Shower had to be redone. Everything he did was wrong. BUT THE WORST PART WAS HIS EMPLOYEE DALE WAS DRUNK ALL THE TIME AND CRAIG WAS RUDE AND LIED to me..

Genesis Brothers llc is the name of my partnership. My partnership hired Castle Developers to remodel a house we purchased with the goal to re-sell the house within 90-120 days from date of purchase. Castle Developers is owned by Craig Stoner and has one main employee by the Name of Dale. For the scope of work and for purposes of meeting the 6-9 week target completion date Craig Stoner agreed to hire an additional 3-4 professionals in addition to Dale working 5 days a week 6-8 hours a day, in return Genesis Brothers llc agreed to pay Castle developers 4 to 5 Thousand dollars per week for labor costs until project was completed, in addition to paying for material. Castle developers scope of work included remodeling the kitchen ( installation of new cabinets, new appliances) new Kitchen Island, new Granite.... New laminate pergo floors through out main level, new carpet everywhere else. Remodel bathrooms, new closets, new lighting, new doors, new windows, new interior paint....
