I hired Jason Chaney from Black Rock Construction to complete several small projects at my home in anticipation of selling it. He was able to review the projects with me within a few days of our initial phone call and was very helpful in providing advice and tips on recommended products, etc. to complete the projects. Given I was working with several vendors to complete various other home projects prior to listing my house, Jason was very flexible with scheduling and completing his projects on short notice.

The boss, my wife, was pleased with the work done on her nest & with the customer service.

Jason was kind and courteous and the project was completed in a timely manner. He replaced a double sliding door with 2 new custom swing doors and they look great, getting many compliments from our neighbors. Workers cleaned up at the end of each day and checked with me before proceeding when necessary.

The owner of Black Rock Construction came by and changed our furnace filters and bought us several extras. We will most likely hire him for some other jobs.

Black Rock Construction is top-notch. Jason is a true craftsman. He called promptly and visited to estimate the job the same day. It was a relatively small mortar/concrete repair needed in a highly visible area in front of the house, and therefore quite important. Jason addressed the original, insufficient structural work that created the issue and did a thorough and professional job. The finished product looked exactly as I hoped it would. I believe Jason's price delivered excellent value considering the high-quality product he provided.
