Best Option Restoration

I had never used Best Option Restoration before but had been referred to them by my neighbor. I was surprised by how quickly they responded (which was nice because I was pretty concerned). The same day, I had one of their managers out to my property to inspect the damage himself. He then reviewed the project with me, including the cost, the process for using my insurance, and the timeline. The work was completed on time. What I found most impressive was the communication throughout the entire process. I didn't feel like I was 'just another customer.' I have referred them to several within my neighborhood. I hope I don't have another broken pipe, but if I do, I know who I will call.

Reliable, the team did an outstanding job, removing water damage. Cleaned up, removed trash, covered the floors. I would recommend them.

A pipe burst and flooded my basement. They were out in less than 2 hours. David was communicative through the entire process giving peace of mind and very flexible with scheduling. Overall it was a great experience considering the circumstances.

Kyle was fabulous from the beginning to the end. He and his team were professional, thorough and expeditious. I had a very stressful week with my boyfriend in the hospital and trying to manage the flood in my basement. This team took the worry about my basement out of my hands. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Their price was fair and reasonable and I so appreciated all of their help and support. They were fabulous!
