GOT RIPPED OFF HIGH PRICE ON THE EST. THEN JUST WANTED TO COLLECT $87.00 to show up DON'T USE THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called Beattie Plumbing Service because I had been happy with their work some years ago (in 2000). I discussed my problems over the phone with Larry Beattie, and he came in person to have a close look. Larry provided me with a budget/ballpark estimate to cover the costs (labor and material) for troubleshooting and possible work involved in fixing the several problems I called him about. Some of these problems could not be diagnosed without some dismantling and some breakout of concrete. This estimate was very clear about the likely alternatives he might find and fix. When the work was underway, the tech kept me well informed of actual fixes and costs, and recommended what he saw as the ?best fix? for each issue. All of the work was done in a workmanlike manner, the end results were completely effective, and the final actual costs were much less than the budget estimate. I am altogether pleased with Beattie Plumbing and plan to use them in the future.

Their price was competitive and in line with other bids we got. Their work was excellent. This is a family owned business and Jason Vallana did excellent work. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

I called Beattie Plumbing to fix toilet leak & a bathroom faucet on a Thurs. After taking faucet handle off, he could not get the old disintegrated valve out until I persuaded him to take apart assembly beneath sink. He did not have parts for either toilet or faucet so promised to return next morning, leaving both items torn apart. I told him I was giving a party on Sun. and wanted it done by then. Fri. AM he called & said he could not come then as he had an emergency call, he had a funeral to attend that afternoon & would be at my house about 5 PM. When he had not come by 7 PM I called but he did not answer his cell or my page. He called at 9:30 PM saying he was still at the funeral, did not work on Sat. and would not come until Mon. He did finish the job on Mon. but showed no concern for my inconvenience. Work was finally OK but service was awful. I'll not use them again.

I received a prompt call back from my initial voice message. The office person was very personable and helpful. Clint arrived on time, introduced himself with a card, and got right to work. The job was more complicated than initially expected, but he made arrangements to return and complete the work. He was very cooperative in arranging the schedule to accommodate my schedule. The work was completed, and Clint cleaned the entire area beautifully. He also offered to provide me the name of a company who would do the repair of the dry wall holes (This company was also excellent). I would recommend Beat tie Plumbing.

The plumber came very quickly and did a great job! This was a pretty difficult/smelly job because he had to break through a cement floor. I would recommend Beattie Plumbing very highly for any plumbing issues that need to be addressed.

THE PLUMBER WAS ON TIME, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NICE. HE LOOKED OVER EVERYTHING FIRST. ONCE HE DETERMINED WHERE THE LEAK WAS COMING FROM, HE BROUGHT IN THE PROPER PARTS AND WAS DONE IN ABOUT 10 MINUTES.
