Loved Bob and the service! The house is huge so it needed a decent sized AC and decided to just go ahead and replace the furnace while we were at it. We even qualified for a rebate with Xcel. Haven't recieved the rebate but I put a call into Bob and I'm sure they'll be on it for everything. ALways call back fast and never an issue with anything.

Very unhappy with professionalism of individual who came out to provide an estimate. Tried to sell us a inferior product for a lot more more than we ended up with. Not willing to go through process for us to receive rebates. Seemed very annoyed by us and our questions.

I called the company hoping to get someone to fix my air conditioner. Bob Burnett answered the phone and was incredibly rude. I asked him if someone could come check our air conditioner. He replied something like "not anytime soon". Then he asked what problem we were having. When I told him that the air conditioner stopped working and was leaking water, he criticized me for not correctly maintaining my air conditioner. While his comments may be correct, that is no way to talk to a potential customer. Not knowing anything about air conditioners, I started to ask Bob questions on what needed to be done. He made me feel like an idiot because he knew so much and I knew so little. I finally got tired of listening to his condesending attitude and told him I will call someone else. That guy needs to take a basic class on customer relations.

Upon inspection, the old furnace had a visible crack in it, so Bob was there the very next day to install a new furnace. Also he inspected the basement for supposed leaks the inspector had mentioned, (I am selling this house), and said he would fix them, but never saw any leaks. He also went to my house again to meet the County Inspector and has sent the approved report to me. I was very impressed with his service.

Our experience with B & B Appliances overall was positive. They came out and did a free estimate on installing a new central air system. Their prices were very reasonable and their availability was immediately - which is why we went with them.

BOB BURNETT DID A VERY GOOD JOB WITH THE WORK. HE LAID OUT ALL OF THE OPTIONS IN A NON PRESSURED WAY. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ARRIVED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, OR IF HE WAS GOING TO BE LATE, HE OR HIS SECRETARY CALLED ME. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM.
