They are marvelous.

It depends on how many rooms you have. I wasn't here but my husband had them do a spot clean in the other room.

Professional, showed up on time, completed job quickly, no extra charges or attempt to sell additional services. I was very pleased with the result and will use them again.

Mike Bagnall at Bagnall services was great!!!! I think we called two days before...and they managed to squeeze us into his schedule the day before the dinner. We have used Bagnall Services before and were please to be able to get on the schedule. We were given a 2 hour window, and the technician gave us a call 1/2 hour before he headed to our house - a lot of warning. So he was punctural and came prepared. The work went well and were careful with the furnishings. The dealt with an ink stain (a girl got a pen) and the pet stains with special pre-spoting materials. They added some "teflon" in the high traffic area. The carpet looked great, just like new. We got somemore of their carpet spot cleaner, Avenger, which has worked wonders with keeping up with the dogs. They may be a tad higher (not enough to down grade to a B) but their service is exceptional and they will go the extra mile to try and accomadate you. The dinner was an absolute success!!!! and we will go to Bagnall Services when ever we have carpet cleaning needs.

I cannot tell you how glad I am that I called Bagnall Services. We used two other companies for carpet cleaning once the tenants moved out and each said they couldn't make the carpet look any better. My co-worker recommended Bagnall Service saying that had done a great job on his rental condo. I wasn't able to be on-site for the workers to clean but gave them the lock box ID and they went in and cleaned the heck out of those carpets. They did an extraordinary job of getting out stains the other guys said would not come out! Mike and his team said what they could remove and what they couldn't remove and they lived up to it. I will always call Bagnall Services for my carpet cleaning and I highly recommend you all do the same. You won't be sorry!

They were terrific. They charged me $90 for their services. They are incredibly efficient and professional. I’ve used them for 15 years. I will use their services again in the future. I have carpets and they will be the ones to clean it.

Steve introduced himself, was friendly, professional & considerate. Before he got to work he advised the door would be left open and asked if there was any concern about my cat getting out. I appreciated his mindfulness in my having a pet in the house. The carpeted areas cleaned and 2-white chairs look great. Would use this company again. The only less than optimal comment would be the price was a bit higher than I've typically paid for carpet cleaning.

I've referred a friend and she also liked them. They were on-time, provided estimate upfront and stuck to that estimate. Carpets look great! I have two dogs - one is a black golden and very hairy. The work they did made the carpets look spotless and our house dog-less. Just in time for the arrival of my in-laws. Well worth the cost for the professionalism.

Bagnall technician arrived on time, very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. As requested, I had removed all small items from tops and surfaces of furniture. Semi-heavy and lighter furniture was moved, then leg protectors applied after the carpet underneath was cleaned. Excellent cleaning job, great care taken with everything.

This was the 3rd or 4th time we'd used Bagnall Services. The owner, Mike Bagnall, does most of the estimating work himself. Mike is a straight-shooting professional who helps you make good decisions about carpet care and add-on products (e.g., Scotchguard) without cramming unnecessary expenses down your throat. His crew is top-notch, always prepared to do a great job with the utmost professionalism. I highly recommend Bagnall Services for carpet cleaning.

Treated all the carpet stains, cleaned carpets in all rooms, halls and closets. Bagnell was able to remove animal (cat) vomit stains other companies were unable to remove. Recommended to us by a neighbor as the best one they have used and we agree.

They were fine.

The owner came out and gave an estimate. The tech showed up right on time. The bath is about 8'x4'. The tiles are 2 inch square with white grout, which had slowly turned gray over time. Now the grout is clean and white again! I have used Bagnall for many instances and am always happy with their work.

Excellent experience, as always. When I called, the owner came out to give me an estimate. He gave me many options, which could have brought down the price; however I chose to go with the full treatment. They showed up right on time and did a great job with the cleaning, as well as the repair.

I was very impressed with their work. They came the same day I called (on a Wed.) to start the repair. They came back the next day to check on everything and move their fans around. They were supposed to return Fri. to remove the fans, but didn't make it until Saturday. However, I was not charged for the additional time, and Mr. Bagnall was very sincere in apologizing for the delay, which was no problem for me. On the following Monday they returned for the carpet cleaning. I thought that they were very professional, helpful and did an excellent job.
